基于移动互联网的高校资产管理优化研究

由于高校规模越来越大，信息化要求越来越高，传统的高校资产管理方式已不能满足管理需求。高校资产管理在资产购置、领用、调配、处置等方面，是一个复杂而数据庞大的系统，仅靠PC端资产管理系统和人工登记，容易出现信息更新滞后、不易查询等问题。在传统的PC端资产管理系统的基础上，采用微信平台和二维码技术，设计并实现基于移动互联网的高效资产管理系统。系统经试运行，显著提高了资产管理的便捷性和高效性。

Abstract：Due to the increasing scale of colleges and universities， the demand for information is getting higher and higher； the traditional college asset management methods can not meet the management needs. The asset management includes asset purchase， receiving， distribution， disposal and other aspects， which is a complicated and enormous data system. Only relying on the PC client asset management system and manual registration is likely to cause information updating lag， thus difficult of query among other problems. In this paper， on top of the traditional PC asset management system， we design and implement an efficient asset management system using WeChat platform and two-dimensional code technology based on mobile Internet. The system has been running for half a year in our school， which has considerably enhanced the convenience and efficiency of asset management.

近年来，国家对教育事业的投入日益增多，尤其对高校的资产投入，从数量、结构、质量、价值等方面都有了大幅度的提升。最早期的资产管理方式是手工清点核查及入账，这种方法不仅耗时耗力，而且还极易出错，漏查或清点错误的情况时有发生，进而造成不必要的财产损失，很多高校早已摒弃这种方法，改为使用各种资产管理软件登记、处理资产数据和信息。如今各高校资产管理越来越规范，但同时面临设备数量庞大、涉及人员面广、多部门、多校区共同管理等难题，这使学校管理资产在数据共享、数据更新方面出现了新的难题[1]。
