【摘要】建筑工程进度控制的目的是确保建设项目按规定的时间动用或提前交付使用，建设工程进度控制的总目标是建设工期。影响进度控制的因素较多，通过分析论证制约进度的原因，通过有效措施，保障进度目标实现。

【Abstract】The purpose of the progress control of the construction project is to ensure that the construction project is used at the prescribed time or delivered in advance. The overall goal of the progress control of the construction project is the construction period. There are many factors that affect the progress control， through the analysis and demonstration of the reasons for the progress of constraints， through effective measures to ensure the progress of the objectives to achieve.

建筑工程进度控制是指对工程项目建设各阶段的工作内容、工作程序、持续时间和衔接关系，根据进度总目标及资源优化配置的原则编制计划并付诸实施，然后在进度计划的实施过程中经常检查实际进度是否按计划要求进行，对出现的偏差情况进行分析，采取补救措施或调整、修改原计划后再付诸实施，如此循环，直到建筑工程竣工验收交付使用。建筑工程进度控制的最终目的是确保建设项目按规定的时间动用或提前交付使用，建设工程进度控制的总目标是建设工期。

工程项目的进度控制是三大控制的重要内容之一，通过合理、科学的利用所投入的资源，通过进度控制体系，结合工期目标，编制总体工筹，通过合理的施工组织，避免窝工，返工现象，使资源投入合理利用，确保进度目标实现。

1. 影响施工进度的主要因素分析

为了对工程项目的施工进度有效地控制，必须在施工进度计划实施之前对影响工程项目工程进度的因素进行分析，进而提出保证施工进度计划实施成功的措施，以实现对工程项目施工进度的主动控制。
