【摘要】随着网络覆盖率的增加，在高铁周边有效的增加网络覆盖，不但能够提高高铁的舒适性，满足高铁乘客的上网需要，同时也能够提高网络覆盖率，使高铁在运行过程中能够有有效的网络支撑。基于高铁高速运行的特点，以及LTE网络覆盖规划建设的需要，我们应结合高铁特点对高铁LTE网络覆盖中存在的问题进行全面的分析，并制定相应的解决对策，保证高铁LTE网络覆盖规划建设能够取得积极效果。

1. 前言

从目前高铁LTE网络覆盖规划建设来看，由于高铁运行速度较快，在运行过程中实现网络的稳定运行对LTE网络构建提出了较高的要求。从目前所掌握的信息来看，高铁LTE网络覆盖要想提高规划建设质量，就应当有效解决多普勒频移问题，并解决频繁切换问题，同时还应当降低穿透损耗，做好LTE网络的天线选择，保证高铁LTE网络覆盖能够达到预期目标，提高LTE网络覆盖的规划建设质量。所以深入研究并分析高铁LTE网络覆盖规划建设的特点，对做好LTE网络覆盖规划建设具有重要意义。

2. 高铁LTE网络覆盖应有效解决多普勒频移问题

（1）在移动通信系统中，特别是在高速运动的情况下，接收端的信号频率会发生变化，成为多普勒频移，多普勒频移代表了信道的衰落速率，它是由物体的相对运动产生的，是在发射的射频载波和来自运动目标的反射回波质检的频率上的偏移，多普勒频移与相对速度、信号波长、移动方向与信号到达方向质检的夹角有关，用户移动方向和电磁波传播的方向相同时，多普勒频移最大，完全垂直时，没有多普勒频移。……
