[摘要] 对西药药剂头孢米诺进行全方位解析，总结该药物的研究结果。通过归纳总结查阅参考文献及临床经验， 对西药药剂头孢米诺的基本概念、药理作用、药动学、药物相互作用、使用注意事项、临床产生的不良反应及用法用量进行阐述。头孢米诺适用于静脉滴注或静脉注射， 为头孢霉素类药物，是对革兰阴性菌和革兰阳性菌起作用的的广谱菌，具有杀菌力强、抗菌谱广等特点，但是也具有过敏休克等不良反应。因此使用该药物之前应当进行皮试， 密切观察患者的情况，在确保患者无过敏反应时， 方可用药， 用药后做好休克急救准备，避免对患者的生命健康造成威胁。

[Abstract] The paper comprehensively analyzes the western medicine cefminox and summarizes the research results of this drug， and the elaborates the basic concept， pharmacologic action， pharmacokinetics， drug interaction， notes， clinical adverse reactions and dosage of western medicine cefminox combined with the reference literatures and clinical experience， and the cefminox is suitable for the intravenous injection or drip， which is the broad-spectrum affecting the gram positive bacteria and gram negative bacteria with the features of strong sterilizing power and broad antibiogram and also with the adverse reactions of anaphylactic shock， therefore， we should conduct the medication after the skin test， and make emergency preparation for shock after medication and avoid the threatening to the life health of patients.

西药药剂头孢米诺相当于第三代头孢，其性质与第三代头孢菌数相近，成品是七水合物。头霉素类有较强的抗β-内酰胺酶性能，其不良反应较少。有研究发现该药在临床上应用较为广泛，主要用来治疗胆道感染、泌尿系统感染、呼吸道感染、扁桃体炎、败血症等疾病[1-2]。随着该药剂应用的广泛，临床相应研究也随之增多，为了避免不良反应的发生，给医院带来不可挽回的损失，给患者的生命健康带来威胁，也为了该药物在临床上更合理的应用，该次研究对头孢米诺的研究结果进行总结分析，对西药药剂头孢米诺的基本概念、药理作用、药动学、药物相互作用、使用注意事项、临床产生的不良反应及该药的用法用量方面进行阐述，为了提高该药的合理使用率，现将整理结果报道如下。……
