[摘要] 质量常数评价方法是一种基于传统又优于传统的综合性中药饮片等级评价方法，该文基于质量常数评价方法建立了黄柏饮片等级划分的模式。研究结果显示15批不同质量的黄柏饮片其相对质量常数范围为0.41～0.96。如果把黄柏饮片划分成3等级，则：一级黄柏饮片相对质量常数≥0.77；二级黄柏饮片相对质量常数<0.77且≥0.48；三级黄柏饮片相对质量常数<0.48。该研究表明，质量常数评价方法能够科学、合理、客观、准确的划分黄柏饮片等级，同时为皮类药材或饮片的等级划分提供了有益的参考。

[Abstract] Quality constant is a comprehensive grades evaluation method for traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces， which is better but based on traditional way. In this paper， a new grading mode for Phellodendri chinensis pieces was established based on quality constant evaluation method. The results showed that the range of relative quality constant for 15 batches of different samples was from 0.41 to 0.96. As customary， if these samples were divided into three grades： the relative quality constant shall be ≥0.77 for first grade； <0.77 but ≥0.48 for the second grade； and <0.48 for the third grade. This research indicated that the quality constant mode can be used to effectively grade the P. chinensis pieces in a scientific， reasonable， objective and specific way. Simultaneously， it provided a beneficial reference for grading cortex herbal pieces or medicines.

黃柏来源于芸香科植物黄皮树Phellodendron chinense Schneid.的干燥树皮，习称“川黄柏”。其味苦性寒，归肾、膀胱经，具有清热燥湿，泻火除蒸，解毒疗疮等作用[1]。现代药理研究表明黄柏有抗炎[24]、抗肿瘤[56]、神经保护[78]等作用，临床上主要用于治疗黄疸型肝炎、细菌性痢疾、慢性糖尿病等症[9]。作为常用大宗药材之一，黄柏在市场流通和临床应用均很广泛。但对于黄柏的质量评价，传统上是从性状方面着手的，认为“肉厚色黄者为佳”。这种评价方法直观明了，但缺乏现代的科学内涵。也有学者基于化学成分研究，则认为盐酸黄柏碱和盐酸小檗碱含量越高质量越好[10]，但是缺乏传统评价依据。由于上述问题的存在，黄柏饮片等级划分的文献报道较少，目前没有形成统一的黄柏饮片等级标准。因此，有必要建立一套科学、合理、可操作性强、实用性好的黄柏饮片等级评价方法，为规范中药饮片市场、实现优质优价、保障临床用药的良好疗效提供有力支撑。
