软聚硅酮泡沫敷料用于压疮预防中的临床有效性

目的：探讨软聚硅酮泡沫敷料应用于压疮预防中的临床有效性。方法：选择2014年12月—2016年12月我新疆医科大学第一附属医院院收治的90例（Braden≤12分）的患者为分析对象，分为2组，对照组（n=45）给予常规的预防压疮护理，观察组（n=45）在给予常规预防压疮护理的基础上，再给予软聚硅酮泡沫敷料贴于患者的脊椎、内外踝、股骨大转子以及骶尾部等易受压处，观察两组患者压疮的预防效果。结果：对照组的压疮总发生率为22.22%，观察组的压疮总发生率为6.67%，观察组的压疮总发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：应用软聚硅酮泡沫敷料可以有效预防压疮的发生，降低患者的压疮发生率，有助于提升患者救治水平，有推荐价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effectiveness of soft silicone foam dressing in pressure ulcer prevention.Methods:90 patients (Braden≤12 points) treated in our hospital from December, 2014 to December, 2016 were divided into two groups.The control group (n = 45) In the observation group (n = 45), the soft foam was applied to the spine, the medial and lateral malleolus, the large trochanter of the femur and the sacrococcygeal region.Prevention of Pressure Sore in Patient.Results:The total incidence rate of pressure sores was 22.22% in the control group and 6.67%in the observation group.The total incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of soft silicone foam dressing can effectively prevent the occurrence of pressure sores, reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers in patients, help to improve the level of treatment,there is a recommended value.

压疮是常见的一种临床并发症，长期卧床的患者病发率较高[1]，如不及时采取有效的措施进行预防，则会加大压疮的发生率，而一旦发生压疮，将会引发局部组织丧失正常功能导致溃烂及坏死，加重患者的病情，推迟患者的康复时间，严重影响患者的身心健康[2]。为了探究软聚硅酮泡沫敷料应用于压疮的预防效果，笔者入选我新疆医科大学第一附属医院2014年12月-2016年12月（Braden≤12分）的患者90例作为研究对象，给予常规预防……
