【摘 要】随着建筑工程事业的不断发展，给建筑物的质量提出了更高的要求。在房屋建筑过程中，外墙渗漏一直都是一个重要的问题，影响着房屋建筑的整体使用寿命，同时也对居民的生命健康构成威胁。目前，我国房屋建筑中外墙渗漏问题十分严重，而导致房屋建筑外墙渗漏问题出现的原因又比较多，所以必须要研究出有针对性的外墙防渗漏施工技术，确保房屋建筑的整体质量，为居民的居住安全提供必要保障。鉴于此，文章重点就外墙防渗漏施工技术在房屋建筑工程中的应用进行研究分析，旨在为业内人士提供一些建议和帮助。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of architectural engineering， higher requirements for the quality of buildings have been put forward.In the housing construction process，exterior wall leakage is always an important problem that affects the overall service life of the building，it also poses a threat to the lives and health of residents.At present，the leakage of exterior wall is very serious in our country，and the cause of building wall leakage is various. Therefore， it is necessary to study the targeted anti seepage construction technology to ensure the overall quality of housing construction， and provide the necessary guarantee for the residents' living safety. In view of this， this article focuses on the application of the exterior wall seepage prevention technology in the building construction project， which aims to provide some suggestions and help for the people in the industry.

1 引言

现阶段，人们的生活水平得到了显著提高，同时也使得人们开始追求更高层次的物质满足感。而对于房屋建筑而言，人们不再仅限于满足居住这一原始性需求，对房屋建筑的各方面性能给予了更高的要求，例如居住环境、保温效果、采光情況以及渗漏问题，其中对于外墙渗漏问题给予的关注相对较高。由于外墙渗漏问题的出现，一方面影响居民的正常生活和工作，另一方面也容易引发一系列安全事故，所以其外墙渗漏问题的解决显得尤为关键，相关建筑方面工作人员应当给予高度重视，加强对外墙防渗漏施工技术的研究，为居民的居住安全提供保障。
