【摘 要】在我国经济发展与自身科技水平不断提高的今天，越来越多的智能化设备为人们的生活提供了越来越多的方便。在各个领域中，都缺少不了智能化设备。随着信息时代的全面到来，建筑工程智能化机电设备被广泛应用与已经成为当前以及未来的趋势。建筑工程进入了智能化时代。在这种技术的引领下，智能化建筑也在拔地而起，代表了我国在这一方面的进步。

【Abstract】Today， China's economic development and its own scientific and technological level continue to improve， more and more intelligent devices provide more and more convenience for people's life.In all fields， there is no lack of intelligent equipment. With the arrival of the information age， the intelligent construction of electromechanical devices have been widely used and have become the current and future trends. Building engineering has entered the era of intelligence. Under the guidance of this technology， intelligent buildings are springing up， representing our country's progress in this area.

1 引言

建筑工程的智能化对生产效率以及对社会发展水平有明显的提高作用，并已经逐渐成为了我国的主流建筑。虽然在手段与技术上已经起到了不错的引导作用，但相比于其他国家，我国的智能化建筑技术仍处于起步阶段，相应的问题也依旧存在。机电设备的安装对于整个工程的优势十分明显。机电设备的自身硬件条件也直接关乎着整个建筑工程的质量。将智能化手段与机电设备相结合将有效提高整体工程进程效率与质量，其意义不言而喻。如何解决这其中的一些问题也显得十分重要，关乎着未来建筑工程的整体走向。

2 机电设备智能化现状
