摘 要：对高职院校的大型仪器设备共享平台进行系统、深入的分析，阐述了高职院校大型仪器设备共享的现状，分析制约大型仪器设备共享的因素，结合医药类高职院校实际情况，通过对大型仪器设备共享的机制保障、共享资源平台建设、人才保障和经费保障等四个方面进行探讨，并进行实证研究，提出了医药类高职院校仪器设备共享平台管理的对策。

Abstract： Large scale instrument and equipment sharing has been an important problem faced by colleges and universities. The large-scale equipment sharing in Higher Vocational Colleges made a systematic and in-depth analysis， this paper expounds the present situation of large-scale equipment sharing in higher vocational colleges， analysis of the factors that restrict the large-scale instrument sharing in higher vocational colleges， combined with the actual medical vocational colleges， through the mechanism of security， sharing resources platform construction， personnel security and financial security in four aspects to carry on the discussion， empirical research， and puts forward some countermeasures for our actual large-scale equipment sharing management.

近年來，国家对高等职业教育不断重视，无论是从政策制定的落实，还是地方财政资金的保障，都使高职院校得到了长足的发展，办学实力不断加强[1]。其显而易见为各高职院校实验室大型仪器设备种类和数量不断增多，但与此同时，高等职业技术教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分，不仅需培养具有生产一线等技能型人才，还应具有服务地方、创新创业等社会功能，这与一些重点本科院校存在着较大差距，也制约了一部分高职院校的进一步发展[2]。

另外，高等职业教育的办学过程中，普遍存在着高职院校对大型仪器设备重购置、轻使用，而且共享率偏低、管理分散、效益得不到充分发挥等系列问题[3]。这一定程度影响了高职院校采购大型仪器设备的初衷，不能物尽其用，不能很好地实现高职院校为地方经济服务的职能，而过多的成为实验教学过程中的一种摆设。因而，作为……
