[摘要] 目的 探究采用瑞格列奈与二甲双胍联合使用治疗初诊2型糖尿病的治疗效果。 方法 选取2015年3月—2017年3月进入该院进行治疗的130例初诊2型糖尿病患者，随机分为两组，对照组患者给予瑞格列奈进行治疗，观察组患者采用瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 比较患者接受治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖基化血红蛋白的含量的变化，结果发现，观察组患者治疗后各项数值与对照组治疗后相比数值明显有下降的趋势，数据间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 利用瑞格列奈片联合二甲双胍片治疗初诊2型糖尿病能够明显的降低患者的血糖水平，值得在临床上推广与应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Repaglinide and Metformin in the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of metformin combined with repaglinide in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods 130 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes admitted in this hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， the control group adopted Repaglinide treatment and the observation group adopted repaglinide and metformin treatment， and the curative efficacy were compared of both groups. Results Fasting blood glucose， 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin content before and after treatment of both groups were compared. It was shown that each indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The use of repaglinide combined with metformin in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes can significantly reduce the blood glucose level of patients， so it is worth promotion and application.

糖尿病是目前臨床上常见疾病，患病人群普遍表现出高血糖的特点；随着社会的不断发展，人们经济水平与生活质量的不断提高，群众的饮食结构也发生着变化，2型糖尿病的发病率也在逐年攀升，成为除了心血管疾病以及肿瘤之外又一严重的威胁到患者的生命健康的疾病[1]。2型糖尿病的发病人群主要集中在中年人中，诱发2型糖尿病的因素较多，家族遗传、环境影响、年龄增长等都会导致疾病的发生[2]。患者患病后会导致患者对于胰岛素的敏感程度降低，容易导致血管类疾病的产生[3]。2015年3月—2017年3月该院采用二甲双胍与瑞格列奈联合使用治疗2型糖尿病患者，探究联合用药的作用效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取进入该院治疗初诊为2型糖尿病的患者共130例，其中男性患者88例，女性患者42例，将所有患者随机分为两组，对照组患者共65例，其中女性患者23例，男性患者42例，患者的平均年龄为（42.88±4.37）岁；……
