【摘要】随着现代经济发展水平的不断提升，城市化进程也得到了不断的加快，在这一发展进程中，城区边缘的一些农村也被划入到了城区，虽然在地理区域上已经属于城市一部分，但在户籍、土地产权以及行政管理体制等方面依然保留着之前农村固有的模式，将其称之为“城中村”。近年来，城中村问题频频发生，特别是消防问题，由于多方面因素的影响，致使城中村火灾问题日益显著，由此对社会文明与和谐也产生了极大的负面影响。所以，进一步强化城中村消防安全管理，提升火灾防御能力也就成为了当代城市化进程中一大不可忽视的重要问题。基于此，本文就针对当前我国城中村的消防安全问题的现状、原因以及相对的解决策略进行了简要分析，希望对后期工作有所借鉴和帮助。

【Abstract】With the continuous improvement of the level of modern economic development， the process of urbanization has also been accelerated， in the development process， the urban edge of some rural areas have been included in the city， although the geographical area has been part of the city， but In the household registration， land property rights and administrative management system is still retained before the inherent model of rural areas， will be called "village". In recent years， the problem of urban village frequently occurred， especially the fire problem， due to various factors， resulting in the city village fire problem is increasingly significant， thus the social civilization and harmony also had a great negative impact. Based on this， this paper analyzes the status quo， causes and relative solutions of the fire safety problems in the villages in our country at present， and hopes to draw lessons from and help the latter part of the work.

1. 引言

现阶段，随着我国社会经济水平的不断提高以及建筑行业的蓬勃发展，在我国城市化进程中逐渐的形成了一些人口密度较大、消防隐患突出的“城中村”。“城中村”作为城市化进程中的一项重要组成部分，在建筑、消防等方面存在的问题尤为严峻。由于受到多方面影响因素的综合作用，“城中村”居民消防意识与火灾防御意识较为淡薄，同时再加之村内消防设施配备的不健全等因素，直接导致了当前城中村火灾事故频发的现状，进而对于社会的稳定与和谐也产生了直接的影响。因此，加强城中村消防安全管理，提升其火灾防御能力已逐步成为了现代城市化进程中的一项迫切问题。……
