【摘要】本文针对水泥乳化沥青砂浆稳定碎石半刚性路面的结构、材料和施工工艺等特点，基于路面混合料抗压试件制作方法与路面的施工方法密切相关，试件的成型方法及强度形成机理与路面的形成方法及强度形成机理必须相同的原则，阐述了水泥乳化沥青砂浆稳定碎石半刚性路面混合料无侧限抗压试件的制作方法。

【Abstract】In this paper， the structure， material and construction technology of the cemented emulsified asphalt mortar stabilized crushed stone semi-rigid pavement are closely related to the construction method of pavement mixture and the construction method of the pavement. The forming method and the strength forming mechanism of the specimen The formation method of pavement and the mechanism of strength formation must be the same， and the method of making the unconfined compressive test piece of cement emulsified asphalt mortar stabilized macadam semi - rigid pavement mixture is described.

1. 前言

混合料無侧限抗压强度是路面混合料配合比设计和路面工程质量检验与评定的重要指标，路面混合料抗压试件制作方法与路面的施工方法密切相关，试件的成型方法及强度形成机理与路面的形成方法及强度形成机理必须相同。现行规范中路面混合料抗压试件制作方法是针对拌和法的路面混合料制定的，而水泥乳化沥青砂浆稳定碎石半刚性路面采用的是贯入法，另外，现行规范中路面混合料抗压试件的制作方法是针对无机结合料或者沥青结合料制定的，而水泥乳化沥青砂浆贯入式半刚性路面的结合料既有无机结合料又有沥青结合料，是一种复合结合料，它与单独的无机结合料或者沥青结合料的强度形成机理不同。因此，现行规范中路面混合料抗压试件制作方法不适用于制作水泥乳化沥青砂浆稳定碎石半刚性路面混合料抗压试件。
