摘 要：随着烟草生产企业食品级生产工艺要求的提升，对烟草中杂物的质检越来越严格。烟草异物智能剔除系统是用来智能检测剔除烟草中杂物的专用设备，同时烟叶摊薄对检测效果起到关键作用，为了能让烟叶在高速皮带上摊薄贴紧皮带运行，防止烟叶在皮带上上下乱飞，需要在烟叶表面通过压风处理，使得烟叶在高速运行中贴紧皮带表面，提升图像检测效果。该文详细论述了一种高速皮带烟叶压风系统的原理与结构。

Abstract：As the requirement of food grade tobacco production enterprise production process， quality of tobacco sundries in the more and more strict. Tobacco foreign intelligence to eliminate system is used for special equipment， intelligent detection in eliminate tobacco sundries and tobacco diluted to detect effects play a key role， in order to let the tobacco leaf on the thin run against the belt， belt she placed tobacco leaf flying up and down on the belt， need in tobacco leaf surface by compressed air treatment， makes tobacco in high speed running against the belt surface， improve the image detection result. This paper discusses a kind of high-speed belt tobacco principle and structure of the compressed air system.

隨着食品安全的等级提升，烟草系统也将烟草产品的生产按照食品等级严格生产。这就要求烟叶从原烟开始到成品烟的整个生产过程中，要严格把关，不能让杂物流入成品烟中，影响卷烟质量。烟草异物智能剔除系统就是用来检测剔除烟叶中杂物的关键设备，该设备的有效使用，能提升烟叶质量。

烟草异物智能剔除系统涉及电气、机械、软件、图像处理、空气学等功能系统，是一个复杂的整机系统。为了能提升烟叶杂物的有效检测剔除，烟叶在高速皮带上能摊薄平稳运行是关键所在，如果不在烟叶表面施加一定压力，烟叶会在高速皮带运行中上下乱飞，这样会影响烟叶的图像检测效果、影响杂物的剔除率。

该文详细论述了一种高速皮带烟叶压风处理系统，通过管道风路让烟叶表面有压力风流过，这样烟叶可贴紧高速皮带运行，不会上下乱飞，保证图像处理效果。……
