[摘要] 目的 观察大黄蛰虫片联合青鹏软膏治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效及安全性。 方法 选择96例于我院就诊的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予甲钴胺片联合红外线治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予大黄蛰虫片口服和青鹏软膏外涂治疗，分别在治疗8周后评估两组间的有效性和安全性。 结果 两组经过8周治疗后，治疗组对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的治疗有效率为81.3%，对照组治疗有效率为62.5%，两组比较有统计学差异（P<0.05）；且两组均未出现明显不良反应。 结论 大黄蛰虫片联合青鹏软膏治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛，疗效确切，不良反应低，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Dahuang Zhechong pill combined with Qingpeng ointment in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 96 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were admitted in our hospital and randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with mecobalamin tablets and infrared， while the treatment group was treated with Dahuang Zhechong pill and Qingpeng ointment. The efficacy and safety were evaluated after treated 8-week treatment. Results After 8 weeks treatment，the treatment effective rate was 81.3% in the treatment group and that of 62.5% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant between two groups（P<0.05）； there was no significant adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion It is effective for Dahuang Zhechong pill and Qingpeng ointment in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia，and the adverse reaction is low， it is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinical.

帶状疱疹是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的病毒性皮肤病，临床表现主要是沿周围神经分布的多个簇集水疱群，是皮肤科常见病、多发病，单侧分布。带状疱疹后遗神经痛（postherpetic neuralgia，PHN）是指带状疱疹临床皮损消退后，其局部皮肤仍有疼痛不适的症状，持续1个月以上者。PHN是带状疱疹最常见的并发症，其发生率随着患者的年龄的增大而增加，年龄愈大，神经痛愈重，常常有剧烈疼痛，其症状可以持续数月甚至数年，对患者的生活质量造成严重的影响[1，2]。据文献统计，我国约有400万的PHN患者[3]，该病对患者的生活质量造成严重影响。目前现代医学常以抗病毒药物、止痛剂、激素等治疗，疗效不显著，且有药物不良反应。中医学在治疗本病方面有其独特的优势，本院应用中西医结合的方法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛，取得比较理想的效果，现报道如下。……
