[摘要] 目的 探討白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗青光眼的临床疗效，并对围术期采取的护理干预措施的效果进行总结分析和评价。 方法 选择我院2013年1月～2016年1月期间收治的青光眼患者78例，共80只眼。78例患者均行白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入术，术前术后分别于围术期采取有效的护理干预措施，包括心理护理、用药指导、术前准备、术后护理、健康教育，对患者术后的及SAS评分、SDS评分进行比较，并观察手术前后眼压及手术期间的并发症情况。 结果 78例患者手术均获得成功，术后视力均高于术前最佳矫正视力。术后眼压为（14.8±3.2）mmHg，显著低于术前的（47.3±12.5）mmHg，术前术后眼压比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。78例患者治疗后的SAS评分、SDS评分分别较治疗前显著降低，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。78例患者中，发生前房炎症2例、虹膜纤维素样渗出1例、角膜水肿1例、未出现脉络膜脱离。 结论 白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗青光眼的临床疗效确切，可以明显提高视力，降低眼压，同时配合有效的护理干预措施，能明显缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁等心理，降低并发症的发生率，促进疾病尽快恢复。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for the treatment of glaucoma， and the effect of perioperative nursing intervention measure to summarize the analysis and evaluation. Methods A total of 78 patients with glaucoma in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were enrolled in this study. A total of 80 eyes were enrolled in this study. 78 patients underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation， preoperative and postoperative respectively in the perioperative period of effective nursing interventions， including psychological nursing， medication guidance， preoperative preparation， postoperative nursing and health education on patients with postoperative SAS score， SDS score and Intraocular pressure before and after operation，complications were compared during the period of observation and operation. Results All the 78 patients were successful， and the postoperative visual acuity was higher than the best corrected visual acuity. The postoperative intraocular pressure was（14.8±3.2）mmHg， significantly lower than preoperative （47.3±12.5）mmHg， preoperative and postoperative intraocular pressure was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The SAS score and SDS score of 78 patients after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment， and there was statistical difference between the two groups （P<0.05）. In 78 patients， anterior chamber inflammation occurred in 2 cases， iris cellulose exudation in 1 cases， corneal edema in 1 cases， no choroidal detachment. Conclusion The clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for the treatment of glaucoma is effective， can significantly improve visual acuity， reduce intraocular pressure， at the same time with the effective intervention measures， can relieve the patient's anxiety， depression， reduce the incidence of complications， promote disease recovery as soon as possible.

白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入术是临床常用治疗青光眼的方法之一，具有操作简单、创伤小、术后并发症少，患者视力恢复好等优点[1]。但由于患者术前对疾病知识不了解，对手术极易产生焦虑、恐惧、抑郁等负性心理，严重影响手术成功率，因此，于手术围术期实施有效的护理干预措施，对提高临床疗效，降低术后并发症发生率具有重要作用[2]。本文旨在观察白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗青光眼的临床疗效，并对围术期采取的护理干预措施的效果进行总结分析和评价，现报道如下。
