摘 要：飞行机组操作手册（FCOM）系统说明部分是主制造商培训客户、航空公司航线飞行员熟悉飞机系统的技术资料，它与直接用于指导飞行员操作飞机的飞行操作程序相辅相成，是飞行操作程序编制和理解的理论基础，其质量的好坏也将影响飞行员理解飞机系统的深浅程度。该文旨在探索一套民机FCOM系统说明部分编制方法与流程，指导中国民用飞机FCOM系统描述的编制与修订工作。

Abstract：The system description of Flight Crew Operating Manual （FCOM）is the technical document used for training customers by main manufacture and understanding the aircraft system for the pilots of airline company.The system description is complementary to the flight operating procedures that directly used to instruct the pilots operating the aircraft. It is the theory basis of the authoring and understanding the flight operating procedures. The quality of FCOM system description will influence the depth degree the pilots mastery the content. This document aims to explore an authoring method and process for the civil airplane to guide development and revision of system description.

高质量的，即符合规章要求与规范、架构清晰、内容完整准确的技术出版物，是适航当局保证飞机持续适航的法规要求，是主制造商打造优良客户服务体系的重要环节，更是航空公司保障飞机安全、经济、高效运行、同时也是选择市场产品的重要依据。飞行机组操作手册（FCOM）作为飞机主制造商的高附加值产品、航空公司飞行员使用的“教科书、圣经”，需提供在所有预计航线飞行过程中安全有效地操纵飞机所必需的使用限制、程序、性能和系统资料，是航空运营人提供建立标准化操作程序的基础，同时也可作为飞机飞行训练的全面参考[1]。其中飞机的系统资料（FCOM的系统说明部分）包括从飞行机组使用需要的角度介绍飞机的总体情况和各系统的基本构成与功能、工作原理或逻辑、操作和显示信息等，是飞行员了解并掌握机型功能与驾驶舱控制的全面参考，是理解操作程序的理论基础。……
