摘 要 论文基于高校图书馆科研服务现状，以无锡职业技术学院图书馆为例，采用SWOT 模型对高职图书馆科研服务的优势、劣势、机会和威胁四个因素进行全方位分析，提出科研服务发展策略：利用“十三五规划”契机，活化资源配置；吸引高层次人才加入，优化科研服务团队；构建科研服务平台，夯实科研服务根基。

Abstract In the wake of population aging， public libraries in Taiwan actively carry out the reading service for seniors. This paper draws lessons from the service for seniors in Taiwan public libraries， analyzes the problems and talks about the strategies in serving seniors in the Chinese mainland public libraries. The main strategies include setting up the special space for the elderly， opening up the extra lending path for the seniors， providing a variety of reading activities and extensible services， increasing the librarian`s sense of loving and respecting the seniors， and so on.

《普通高等学校图书馆规程》是指导高校图书馆工作的纲领性文件，其第一章第二条明确指出：“高等学校图书馆是学校的文献信息资源中心，是为人才培养和科学研究服务的学术性机构”[1]。目前，高职院校逐年加大图书馆资金投入及人才引进，确保其信息资源和人力资源满足学校的教学和科研服务。无锡职业技术学院图书馆（以下简称无锡职院图书馆）于2015年7月，对高职院校科研现状进行调查，发现高职院校科研存在教学研究多，技术研究少；单打独斗多，团队研究少；分散研究多，聚焦研究少；无效研究多，实证研究少；撰写的科技论文难发表，申报的课题中标率不高等现状，亟急科研服务与支持。为此，无锡职院图书馆对高职院校科研服务展开了调查、分析与研究。

1 高职图书馆科研服务的SWOT分析

所谓SWOT分析就是将与研究对象密切关联的各种主要的内部优势因素S （Strengths）、劣势因素W （Weaknesses） 和外部机会因素O （Opportunities）、威胁因素T （Threats），通过调查分析并依照一定的次序按矩阵的形式排列起来，然后运用系统分析的思想，把各种因素相互匹配起来加以分析[2]，从中找出问题关键并予以解决的一种方法。……
