摘要 根据铁岭地区气象加密自动站统计的2016年夏季气象观测数据分析其气候特征。结果表明，2016年夏季（6—8月）铁岭市总的气候特点是气温偏高、降水偏多、日照时数偏多。夏季全市平均气温23.1 ℃，比常年偏高0.5 ℃；平均降水量为572.6 mm，比常年偏多逾3成，降雨总量偏多，但阶段性明显，季内存在高温无雨时段；平均日照时数为704 h，比常年偏多15 h。主要天气气候事件有强对流天气、暴雨。

Abstract This paper analyzed meteorological observation data in Tieling area according to the Tieling Intensive Automatic Weather Station Network in the summer of 2016.The results showed that the main climatic characteristics of summer（from June to August）in Tieling area were higher temperature，more rainy and sunshine hours. In summer，the city′s average temperature was 23.1 ℃，0.5 ℃ higher than the usual，the average rainfall was 572.6 mm，increased by 33%.The total rainfall was more and periodic，which existed high temperature and no rain periods.The average sunshine hours were 704 h，15 h more than the normal. Strong convective weather and heavy rain were the major weather.

铁岭市是辽宁省14个省辖市之一，位于辽宁省北部，松辽平原中段，属温带大陆性季风气候区。铁岭地区夏季气候的主要特点是温热多雨、雨热同季[1-2]。由于太平洋高压势力增强并逐渐北移，潮湿的东南季风则沿着高压西侧向北移动[3]，铁岭市受其影响，夏季降水频繁且雨量集中，常有暴雨发生，形成洪涝灾害。2016年夏季平均气温为20.5～22.4 ℃，平均降水量为572.6 mm，占2016年全年降水量（1 001 mm）的57.2%。铁岭地区夏季气温和降水异常往往会造成不同程度的负面影响，异常高温干旱以及极端降水正在成为影响城市防汛、水资源、能源与电力供应的主要气象灾害，故研究铁岭地区夏季气象要素及气候特征具有实际意义。

1 基本气候概况

1.1 气温

2016年夏季全市平均气温偏高，季平均气温为23.1 ℃，比常年偏高0.5 ℃（图1）。其中，西丰县较常年偏高0.2 ℃，其他地区偏高0.6～0.7 ℃。铁岭县夏季极端最高气温为34.9 ℃，出现在7月11日；昌图县、西丰县、开原市分别为33.4、34.5、34.2 ℃，出现在8月5日。……
