【摘要】目的 观察大隐静脉曲张高位结扎联合点式剥脱术治疗原发性大隐静脉曲张的临床效果，分析其优势。方法 选择我院收治的56例原发性大隐静脉曲张患者，随机分为研究组（Y组，28例）和对照组（D组，28例）。Y组患者实施大隐静脉曲张高位结扎联合点式剥脱术，D组实施大隐静脉曲张高位结扎和传统的抽剥术。观察和比较两组患者手术治疗的临床效果。结果 Y组患者术中出血量、下床活动时间、住院时间明显优于D组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 大隐静脉曲张高位结扎联合点式剥脱术治疗原发性大隐静脉曲张的手术方式，具有术中出血少、下床活动时间早、住院时间短的优势。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical effect of high ligation of varicose veins combined with point stripping in the treatment of primary great saphenous varicose veins and to analyze its advantages.Methods 56 patients with primary great saphenous varicose veins were selected and randomly divided into study group （group Y，28 cases） and control group （group D， 28 cases）.Patients in group Y underwent high ligation of varicose veins and point stripping，Patients in group D underwent high ligation of varicose veins and traditional stripping.The clinical effects of surgical treatment in two groups were observed and compared.Results The amount of bleeding， the time of ambulation and the length of stay in Y group were significantly better than those in group D， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion High ligation of varicose veins combined with point stripping for the treatment of primary great saphenous varicose veins has the advantages of less bleeding during operation， early ambulation and shorter hospitalization time.

原發性大隐静脉曲张是外科的常见病和多发病，大多由于长时间的站立等因素导致静脉曲张、血液回流不畅甚至淤滞，最终出现局部皮肤瘙痒、色素沉着、血栓和溃疡[1]。手术治疗是最有效、最彻底的方法。我院外科对原发性大隐静脉曲张实施大隐静脉曲张高位结扎联合点式剥脱术治疗，并与大隐静脉曲张高位结扎和传统的抽剥术做对照，观察和比较两者手术方式的临床效果。现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择我院外科门诊收治的56例原发性大隐静脉曲张患者作为研究对象，男38例，女18例；年龄42～70岁，平均年龄为（53.5±1.5）岁；病程3～15年，平均为（7.3±0.5）年；单侧44例，双侧12例。排除标准：出凝血功能不全、患肢深静脉检查欠通畅、严重的心脑肺功能不全、精神病等患者。所有患者及家属均签署手术知情同意书。随机分为研究组（Y组，28例）和对照组（D组，28例）。……
