【摘 要】知识产权在企业发展尤其高新技术企业发展中占据着重要地位，如何将知识产权融入到企业经营发展及经济效益提升中，是高新技术企业面临的重要问题，论文从高新技术企业知识产权现状及不足中，积极探索相关对策，以期对高新技术企业的知识产权管理产生一定的积极意义。

【Abstract】Intellectual property right occupies an important position in high-tech enterprises. How to integrate the intellectual property rights into the development of enterprise management and economic benefits is an important problem for high-tech enterprises. This article aims at the present situation and the insufficiency of the intellectual property rights of the high-tech enterprise， and explores the related countermeasure positively， in order to have the certain positive significance to the high-tech enterprise's intellectual property management.

1 引言

随着全球经济一体化的发展，知识产权管理在国际上显得愈发重要，我国出台了诸多知识产权政策，当前，我国正经历着从知识产权大国向知识产权强国转变的过程，高新技术企业作为企业知识产权经济效益和价值实现的关键载体，对国家知识产权政策的贯彻及企业国际竞争力的提升起到了关键作用[1]。

2 高新技术企业知识产权管理意义

2.1知识产权有效激励高新技术企业进行技术创新

“创新”是高新技术企业的灵魂，我国的高新技术企业面临着知识产权缺乏，创新能力不足，国际竞争力低下等问题。高新技术企业建立知识产权制度，企业对知识产权足够重视，让高新技术企业意识到在生产经营中，需不断通过自主创新，加大研发，开发新产品、新技术，持续助推高新技术企业发展，增加企业知识产权数量，提高企业成果转化成知识产权的能力。
