基于软测量的图谱变化检测技术在变电站状态智能分析中的研究与应用

摘 要: 基于软测量图谱变化检测技术,研究了其在变电站状态智能分析中的应用。采用软测量技术对智能变电站状态图谱监测系统的接口分级、IEC61850 信息模型、图谱变化监控系统、图谱状态监测系统结构进行研究,同时分析了软测量智能图谱分析关键技术支持向量机SVM法、设备软测量特征分析、典型场景数据库的建立。结合变电站的实际应用,对变电站的两个典型场景的图谱进行建模,通过两个典型场景区域实现对图谱变化异常情况的监控与处理,为今后软测量的图谱变化检测技术在变电站状态智能分析中的应用提供参考。

Abstract: According to the spectrum change detection technology based on soft measurement, its application in substation condition is intelligent analysis studied. The soft measurement technology is used to study the monitoring system interface classification, IEC61850 information model, spectrum change monitoring system and structure of the intelligent substation state spectrum monitoring system. The key technologies (support vector machine (SVM) method, soft measurement feature analysis of equipment, establishment of typical scene database) of the soft measurement intelligent spectrum analysis are analyzed. In combination with the practical application of the substation, the spectrum of two typical scenes of substation was modeled. The abnormal situation of spectrum variation can be monitored and treated with two typical scene regions, which provides a reference for the application of spectrum change detection technology based on soft measurement in substation state intelligent analysis.

0 引 言
随着电力建设的发展,变电站对供电系统安全运行及电力设备良好状态的要求越来越高,以自动化、信息化、可视化为特征的智能变电站越来越受欢迎[1?3]。涉及变电站安全防护、图谱检测、高压设备运行等辅助系统建立的智能监测系统逐渐成为智能变电站状态监测不可缺少的部分[4?7]。融合物联网技术,构建图谱监测网络对变电站设备运行图谱变化实施全天候在线监测,成为当前智能变电站研究的热点[8]。
随着电网规模的不断扩大,变电站智能化控制成为电力系统的一个重要节点,为了确保变电站安全、正常运行,需不断提升变电站图谱变化检测系统智能化分析能力,随着软测量技术在各个行业的广泛应用,尤其在电力系统变电站图谱变化检测系统智能分析中的作用日益显著[9?11]。……
