【摘要】 目的：探討双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹的效果。方法：选取2016年6-11月笔者所在医院收治的门诊患儿60例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各30例。对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊，口服，1粒/次，2次/d，而观察组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊，口服，1粒/次，2次/d，和丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗，2次/d，两组疗程均为1周。观察对比两组患者的疗效、治疗前后血清IgE，嗜酸性粒细胞值变化情况。结果：观察组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前两组IgE、嗜酸性粒细胞比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后对照组血清IgE、嗜酸性粒细胞值均无明显变化（P>0.05），观察组血清IgE、嗜酸性粒细胞均明显降低，且血清IgE、嗜酸性粒细胞值均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹能提高治疗效果，改善患儿肠道菌群，调节免疫平衡，增强免疫功能。

Effect Analysis of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Capsules Combined with Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream in the treatment of Infantile Eczema/ZHANG Ying，LIAO Er-hua.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（17）：125-128

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Capsules combined Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream in the treatment of infantile eczema.Method：A total of 60 infantile eczema were selected from June 2016 to November 2016 according to random number table method were divided into the control group（n=30） and the experimental group（n=30）.The control group was given Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream，the experimental group on the basis of the control group was given Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Capsules.The curative effect，before and after treatment serum IgE，eosinophils and changes of the intestinal flora before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Before treatment，IgE，eosinophils of two groups had no statistically significant difference（P>0.05），serum IgE，eosinophils after treatment of the control group there were no statistically significant differences compared with before treatment（P>0.05），serum IgE，eosinophils of the observation group after treatment were obviously lower than those of before treatment，Serum IgE，eosinophils of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Capsules combined with Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream baby eczema can improve the effect of treatment，improve the intestinal flora，regulate immune balance，enhance immune function.

湿疹是一种过敏性皮肤病，好发于婴幼儿，发病初主要表现为皮肤发红、皮疹，继发皮肤干燥及脱屑，一般是因食物、吸入物或接触物过敏而致[1-2]。而其具有反复发作、高复发率而使患儿的身体健康及正常发育受到严重影响[3]。临床治疗婴儿湿疹多涂抹外用药物及皮质类固醇类激素，但效果欠佳[4]。有研究显示，湿疹与T细胞免疫失衡及细胞因子分泌异常密切相关，而益生菌对机体免疫系统具有调节和促进成熟的作用[5-6]。本文研究探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹的效果分析，现报道如下。
