[摘要] 目的 分析糖尿病眼病围术期的治疗原则。 方法 对50例行手术治疗的糖尿病眼病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 全部50例患者中，术后共15例患者发生并发症，术后并发症发生率为30.0%。结论 在糖尿病眼病围手术期积极控制和监测血糖水平有利于预防术后并发症的发生。

Analysis of Treatment Principles of Diabetic Retinopathy during the Perioperative Period

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the treatment principles of diabetic retinopathy during the perioperative period. Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of patients with diabetic retinopathy were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of all 50 cases of patients， there were 15 cases with complications， and the incidence rate of postoperative complications was 30.0%. Conclusion The positive control and monitoring of the blood glucose level of diabetic retinopathy during the perioperative period is conducive to the prevention of occurrence of postoperative complications.

糖尿病是临床中的多发病和常见病，会对患者的生命健康和安全造成严重影响。相关统计数据显示，随着人们生活水平的提高以及生活方式的改变，近年来糖尿病的发生率也越来越高，而在糖尿病患者中，大约有70%的患者会在不同时期出现眼部并发症，是致盲的一个重要原因[1]。和非糖尿病患者相比较，糖尿病患者的眼科手术危险性更高，对术后效果造成了严重影响。所以在对糖尿病眼病患者进行手术治疗时，科学和合理的围手术期处理成为了现阶段眼科医生需要及时解决的主要问题[2]。该研究选择该院2012年3月—2016年2月收治的糖尿病眼病患者50例，回顾性分析了患者的围手术期诊断和治疗资料，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般資料

该研究所选对象为该院2012年3月—2016年2月收治的糖尿病眼病患者50例，全部患者均给予手术治疗。男女患者人数分别为26、24例；患者年龄为40～71岁，平均年龄为（52.6±1.4）岁；46例患者选择择期手术，4例患者选择急诊手术。全部患者均为2型糖尿病，39例患者存在明显糖尿病史；糖尿病病程为2～19年，平均病程为（7.5±1.4）年；……
