[摘要] 目的 探讨中医糖尿病健康教育对患有2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的临床效果。 方法 随机选取2015年间进行治疗的80例患有2型糖尿病患者为研究的对象，分成中医组和西药组，西药组的患者服用相关的西药进行治疗，中医组在服用相关药物治疗的基础上，采用中医糖尿病教育对患者进行干预。结束1个月的治疗后，对两组患者的血糖控制情况进行对比评价。结果 两组患者的血糖情况均有不同程度的改善，且主要表现为中医组优于西药组，两组患者对比结果的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用中医糖尿病健康教育，能够明显提高对2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制情况，值得在临床上广泛应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of diabetes mellitus health education on blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Fifty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were randomly selected from 2015 were divided into TCM group and western medicine group. The patients in the western medicine group were treated with the relevant western medicine. The TCM group was treated on the basis of the relevant drug therapy. Diabetes education intervenes in patients. After 1 month of treatment， the blood glucose control of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The blood glucose levels of the two groups were improved in different degrees， and the main manifestation was that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05） because of the western medicine group. Conclusion The use of Chinese medicine diabetes health education， can significantly improve the blood glucose control of patients with type 2 diabetes， worthy of clinical widely used.

糖尿病是一种慢性代谢病，在临床上是一种常见的内分泌系统疾病。糖尿病会使患者血液中的血糖水平升高，导致患者出现消瘦、多尿、多糖的症状，严重地影响了患者的日常生活以及工作[1]。2型糖尿病在老年糖尿病中十分常见，近年来，对糖尿病患者进行健康教育逐渐应用到对糖尿病的防治当中，其中主要的健康教育就是中医健康教育，该文通过对比的形式，来比较两种模式的治疗效果，从而突出中医健康教育的疗效，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机选取2015年间进行治疗的80例患有2型糖尿病患者最为研究的对象，按照随机数字表的方法将这80例患者随机分为两组，中医组和西药组，每组患者各40例，其中中医组患者男23例，女17例，年龄48～67岁，平均年龄（58.23±1.34）岁；病程2～16年，平均病程（7.29±1.91）年。……
