【摘 要】优质的建筑施工管理能够保证建筑工程项目的建设速度和完成质量，因此，对建筑施工管理进行深入研究能够促进建筑行业的健康、可持续发展。基于此，论文对建筑施工管理进行了相关分析，并简单探究了绿色建筑施工管理的主要内容，以期对建筑行業情况的改善起到一定的帮助。

【Abstract】High-quality construction management can ensure the construction quality and speed of construction engineering project， therefore， to conduct the thorough research to the construction management can promote the healthy and sustainable development of construction industry. Based on this， this paper analyzes the related aspects of construction management， and explores the main content of green building construction management simplely， hoping to have some help on the improvement of the construction industry situation.

1 引言

建筑工程施工过程中最为重要的工作就是施工管理。对于建筑企业来说，只有对施工过程进行良好的管理与掌控，对施工的进度进行实时跟进，在保证工程质量的基础上合理规划与控制施工成本，提高建筑工程施工管理的相关水平，才能够提高建筑的最终完成质量与效率，与此同时还可以节省自身的成本开支，提高自身的经济效益，使建筑施工向着绿色环保的方向进步。因此，建筑业如果想要实现自身的健康可持续发展，就要提高对于建筑施工管理以及绿色建筑施工管理的认知，提升建筑工程施工管理水平。

2 建筑施工管理

建筑施工管理系统如图1所示。

2.1 施工进度管理

所谓建筑工程施工进度管理，指的就是以相关合同条款规定的工期为基础，发现建筑工程中对施工进度造成影响的因素并对其进行深入细致的研究，并以此为依据制定出科学、合理、可行的工程施工方案[1]。首先，在建筑工程施工开始之前，要对前期准备工作进行细致、准确的思考，并透彻地研究施工所用到的各项工程技术；……
