摘要：目的 探索及分析脊柱骨折患者行后路手术内固定方案治疗的疗效。方法 收集本科室2014年5月～2016年5月接收的患脊柱骨折的100例患者，随机双盲分组法将患者随机分成两组， 对两组患者的疗效进行评估比较分析。结果 治疗后观察组的优良率较参照组患者显著更高；观察组治疗后的伤锥前高压缩比较治疗前与参照组显著更高，Cobb角较治疗前与参照组显著更低。结论 脊柱骨折患者行后路手术内固定方案治疗可获良好的疗效，值得临床借鉴推广。

Clinical Observation of Posterior Operation Internal Fixation for Treatment of Spinal Fractures

Abstract：Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect of posterior postoperative surgical fixation in patients with spinal fractures.Methods A total of 100 patients with spinal fractures were collected from May 2014 to May 2016.Randomized double-blind grouping was randomly divided into two groups.The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and compared.Results The excellent rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after the treatment.The observation group was significantly higher than the reference group before the treatment of the high compression ratio，and the Cobb angle was significantly lower than that before the treatment group.Conclusion The treatment of spinal fractures in patients with posterior approach internal fixation treatment can obtain good curative effect，worthy of clinical reference.

随着我国交通业、工业的不断发展及进步，脊柱骨折患者的发病例数亦在逐渐增加，该类骨折患者骨折后易出现知觉丧失情况，严重者甚至会导致瘫痪[1]，从而对患者的日常生活及身心健康造成严重的影响。如何采用科学有效的治疗方案对脊柱骨折进行及时的治疗已成为骨科医师重点关注的问题。我们取本科室接收的患脊柱骨折的50例患者，行后路手术内固定方案治疗，效果较满意，现总结临床治疗情况及疗效如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料 收集本科室2014年5月～2016年5月接收的患脊柱骨折的100例患者，入组标准：①80例患者均满足脊柱骨折的相关诊断标准，且均经影像学检查明确诊断；②均满足相关手术指征；③均签署知情同意书；④经我院医学伦理委员会批准通过。参考随机双盲分组法将患者随机分成两组：参照组共有50例，包含男性患者31例，女性患者19例；年龄19～69岁，平均年龄（40.72±9.18）岁；……
