【摘要】目的：研究《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗消渴病的方剂用药规律。方法：将《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗消渴病的处方录入中医传承辅助系统，利用该系统的软件集成的关联、规则分析、改进的互信息法等多种数据挖掘方法，对录入的处方用药规律进行挖掘与分析。结果：筛选出治疗消渴的处方514首，用药频次排在前十五位的是：甘草（182）、麦冬（174）、天花粉（161）、人参（150）、黄连（134）、茯苓（121）、生地黄（82）、黄芪（73）、五味子（72）、葛根（62）、熟地黄（56）、石膏（56）、黄芩（55）、泽泻（54）、肉桂（41）。结论：将治疗消渴病常用的补虚药、清热药及常用药物组合，可方便以后消渴病的用药与治疗。

On the Treating Patterns of Diabetes in Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary

Abstract：Obiective The prescription drug laws in the treatment of diabetes research “in the” dictionary of Chinese medicine prescriptions. Methods the dictionary in the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes prescription TCM inheritance system， a variety of data using the system software integration， association rules analysis， the improved mutual information method and mining method， the law of prescription drugs on entry of mining and exploration. Results The treatment of diabetes prescription 514， the result showed that the treatment of diabetes prescription 514， medication frequency in the top fifteen are：Liquorice（182）， Dwarf lilyturf（174），Radix trichosanthis（161）， Ginseng（150）， Coptis chinensis（134），Poria cocos（121），Rhizoma rehmanniae（82），Astragalus mongholicus（73），The fruit of Chinese magnoliavine（72），The root of kudzu vine（62），Prepared rehmannia root（56），oulopholite（56），Scutellaria baicalensis（55），the rhizome of oriental water plantain（54），Cinnamomum cassia（41）.Conclusion Treatment of diabetes disease commonly fill empty medicine， antipyretic and commonly used drug combinations，to facilitate future diabetes medication and treatment.

消渴病是現今内科中常见的一种疾病，糖尿病属于中医“消渴病”范畴，主要临床表现以多饮、多食、多尿、消瘦为主。中国是最早认识消渴病是国家之一，有关消渴病的记载上可追溯到秦汉，下可延展至近代，历代医家对消渴病的治疗均有记载，并积累了大量医案、方剂[1]。笔者应用“中医传承辅助平台25”软件，对中医方剂大辞典中治疗消渴病方剂的组方规律进行归纳总结，为临床治疗和新药的开发提供理论参考。

《中医方剂大辞典》对我国上自秦、汉，下迄至今（1966年）所有方剂进行了系统的整理，汇集了古今有方名的所有医方[2]，有较高的临床研究价值。

1资料与方法

11处方来源与筛选本项研究以《中医方剂大辞典》中记录的所有治疗消渴病的处方为资料来源，筛选出符合要求的处方，筛选出主治中有明确标注治疗消渴病的处方，最后共得出514首方剂。……
