摘要： 根据气候特征适时开展输配电线路森林火灾隐患排查整治活动，对提高供电可靠性有着重要意义。本文通过对森林险情季节、环境等因素对山火发生的特点剖析就如何防范山火、制定相应的工作计划和措施进行研究，采取群防、技防相结合的工作思路，确保输配电线路的运行可靠，最大限度地减少山火事故及其造成的损失和对社会的不良影响。

Abstract： It is very important to improve the reliability of power supply by timely investigation and control activities of forest fire hazard trouble of electric transmission and distribution lines according to climatic characteristics. This paper analyzes the characteristics of mountain fires by analyzing the forest dangerous season， environment and other factors， studies the way to prevent mountain fires and formulate corresponding work plans and measures. Adopting the working idea of combining with group defense and technical defense can ensure the reliable operation of electric transmission and distribution lines and minimize the losses and adverse effects on society caused by mountain fires.

0 引言

架空输配电线路是电网的重要组成部分，它承担电能输送的艰巨任务，架空输配电线路的安全运行与电网、人民的生活用电量、社会稳定紧密相连，为此输配电线路的运维工作尤为重要。但输配电线路具所处地理位置特殊，运行环境复杂，运维工作点多面广、涉及方方面面任务繁杂等特点。根据省公司和当地政府的统一部署适时开展输配电线路森林火灾隐患排查整治专项活动，及时发现和整治因电力线路引发森林火灾的隐患，保证输配电线路安全可靠稳定运行。就森林火灾隐患排查整治活动特点分析如下。

1 森林险情发生的特点及排查重点

为了有效降低线路走廊区域内发生山火险情的可能性，结合兄弟单位输配电线路运行经验，分析发生山火的因素，山火隐患与天气状况、地理环境、植被情况、线路通道情况、导线对地距离、周边人员活动规律等有密切关系，并带有明显的季节性、时段性特点，所以应从季节、环境及条件进行隐患排查。……
