摘要：文章介绍了汽车座椅面料的应用现状和性能要求，从设备、原料、单元纹样和组织结构方面概括了经编提花汽车座椅面料的设计原则，在降低成本的同时提高汽车座椅档次，并以波浪形花型图案进行设计举例说明。

Design and Development of Warp-knitted Jacquard Car Seat Fabrics

Abstract： This paper first introduces the application and performance requirements of car seat fabric， and then it summarizes the principle of designing warp-knitted car seat fabric from the aspects of equipment， raw materials， unit pattern and structure， which highlights enhancing the level of car seat while reducing costs， and which is illustrated with samples in ripple pattern.

汽车座椅面料是汽车内饰的主体，以及人们打开车门时的主要视觉点。随着人们环保意识的增强，如今汽车座椅纺织面料在市场中所占据的比例越来越大。其中，经编材质面料往往是汽车座椅面料制造商的首要选择，其产品生产效率高且能提高汽车档次。经过磨毛的经编提花汽车座椅面料，表面具有一层短而密的绒毛，具有仿麂皮绒的效果，尤受人们喜爱。

1 汽车座椅面料

1.1 应用现状

汽车座椅面料是汽车内饰重要组成部分，其用量占比大。一般来说，四座椅的汽车需要消耗3.5 ～ 5 m2的座椅面料。汽车座椅面料是一种特殊的产业用纺织品，它是由表层织物、聚氨酯泡沫及底衬织物或聚酯薄膜复合加工而成的复合材料。

座椅的表层织物是座椅质量和装饰的亮点所在，材质选择通常有纺织面料、天然皮革和人造皮革。其中皮质座椅面料提高了汽车的档次，往往是人们选购汽车时的首选，但如今大部分中低档皮质座椅面料多是人造革，不够绿色环保。纺织面料不仅可以达到对环境友好的要求，还易于加工，织物种类选择范围广；……
