摘要：西安科技大学管理学院于2015年招收首届会计硕士（MPAcc）专业学位学生81人，旨在培养适应市场需求、具有专业技能的高素质复合型人才。在对首届MPAcc学员的调研中发现，现有培养模式仍有许多问题亟待解决，许多方式需要改善。本文在分析调研结果的基础上，提出根据学院自身实际情况和现有资源通过逐步推进方式完善培养机制，从课程设置、授课方式方法、培养目标定位等方面提出意见和建议。

Abstract：81 graduate students were admitted as the first batch to the program of Master of Professional Accounting at Xian University of Science and Technology in the year of 2015.The goal is to cultivate multidimensional talents with professional skills and capabilities sought by the labor market.From a research conducted with the students，we have found a number of issues and concerns that need to be solved and improved.Therefore，a series of constructive suggestions and approaches are recommended in this paper based on the analysis of research results and a review of resources available currently，in order to provide future graduate students in this program with more practical experience and career opportunities.

随着我国经济的发展和资本市场国际化程度的提高，对于高层次实用型会计人才的需求与日俱增。会计硕士（MPAcc）专业学位成为许多高校培养会计专业人才的一项新的探索。与学术型会计硕士相比，专业会计硕士更加注重实务实践性。目前我国从业的高级会计人员不足40万人。为应对市场需求，提升我国高级会计人员的规模和水平，国务院学位委员会自2003年起先后分4批授权177家院校和单位作为会计硕士（MPAcc）专业学位的培养单位[1]。其中西部地区高校培养单位只占全部培养单位的16%左右。西安科技大学管理学院于2014年获得会计硕士（MPAcc）专业学位授予权，现有会计硕士（MPAcc）专业学位在读学生142名。学院在《会计硕士专业学位参考性培养方案》的基础上，设置了包含核心课程，方向性课程以及特色课程在内的培养计划，并为跨专业的研究生设置了会计基础补修课程[2]。

同时，培养计划还包括了实验计划，科研或生产实践计划，旨在提高学生的实务能力和工作技能。……
