摘要介绍了遂川县农业和农民的基本概况、农业产业发展及技术现状，将遂川县农业发展存在的问题总结为农业建设投资不足、生态环境恶化、农业技术差距大、农业技术推广速度缓慢。在此基础上，主张遂川县应加大现代农业技术推广的投资力度、保障农业技术推广的力度、建立新型职业农民培训的长效制度、加强新型职业农民培训的建设力度。

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of the New Professional Farmer Training in Suichuan County

AbstractThe basic situation of agriculture and farmers in Suichuan County， and the development of agricultural industry and the present situation of technology was introduced in this paper. The problems of agricultural development in Suichuan County were summarized as inadequate investment in agricultural construction， deterioration of the ecological environment， a large gap in agricultural technology， and slow pace of agricultural technology promotion. On this basis， Suichuan County should strengthen the popularization of modern agricultural technology investment， protect agricultural technology promotion efforts， establish a new occupation farmer training system， strengthen the construction of new professional farmer training.

農业技术推广是指通過试验示范、培训、指导等服务，把技术普及应用到农业生产全过程的活动[1]。现代农业技术是指多种现代高新技术集成的农业系统[2-4]。新型职业农民是指具有科学文化素质、掌握现代农业生产技能、具备一定经营管理能力，以农业生产、经营或服务作为主要职业，以农业收入作为主要生活来源，居住在农村或集镇的农业从业人员[2-4]。培育新型职业农民是将现代农业技术通过集中培训传授给农民，使他们掌握并运用现代农业技术，实现农业转型、农民增收，是现代农业技术推广的最有效的方法之一[5]。因此，新型职业农民培训是推进现代农业技术广泛应用的有力措施。笔者基于在遂川县农业培训中心多年的工作经验，现就遂川县新型职业农民培训问题展开探讨。

遂川县位于江西省西南边境，总面积3 144.17 km2，辖23个镇、乡，2个国有林场，309个行政村，总人口59.68万，其中农业人口50.78万。……
