[摘要] 目的 探讨在前牙缺陷美学修复中应用传统和微创全瓷修复的效果。方法 选取于2013年4月～2014年4月期间我院接收的前牙美学缺陷患者68例，随机分为对照组（传统全瓷修复技术，n=34）与治疗组（微创全瓷修复技术，n=34），观察两组修复效果。 结果 在患者满意度方面，治疗组上切牙舌倾、畸形过小牙优于对照组（P<0.05）；在医师满意度方面，治疗组形态、半透明度优秀率优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组修复6个月、12个月成功率基本一致（P>0.05），修复2年时，治疗组成功率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 微创全瓷贴面修复体具有满意的成功率及优秀的美学效果，在严格掌握适应证的前提下，前牙缺陷治疗可采用该方式。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of traditional and minimally invasive all-ceramic restoration in aesthetic repair of anterior teeth defects. Methods A total of 68 patients with anterior teeth defects who were admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected. They were randomly assigned to the control group （conventional all-ceramic repairing technique， n=34） and the treatment group （minimally invasive all-ceramic repairing technique， n=34）. The repairing effect was observed in two groups. Results In terms of patients' satisfaction， the tongue incline of the upper incisor and too small deformed teeth in the treatment group were superior to the control group （P<0.05）； In terms of the satisfaction of physicians， the excellent rate of shape and translucency in the treatment group was superior to the control group （P<0.05）； The success rate of repair in the two groups for 6 months and 12 months was basically the same （P>0.05）. After 2 years of repair， the success rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The minimally invasive all-ceramic laminate veneer has a satisfactory success rate and excellent aesthetic effect. Under the premise of strict control of indications， this method can be applied in the treatment of anterior teeth defects.

瓷貼面修复是前牙美学修复的常用手段，传统瓷贴面修复较传统牙冠修复牙体预备量显著减少，但其唇面仍要进行0.5～0.8 mm厚度的预备，因此基牙唇面釉质层仍会造成破坏。近年来，随着瓷贴面材料强度的增加，可进一步减少牙齿预备量。有学者研究指出[1]，采用微创全瓷修复前牙缺陷患者，可取得显著效果。为此，本研究通过对我院2013年4月～2014年4月期间接收的前牙美学缺陷患者进行资料回顾性分析，探讨前牙缺陷美学修复采用微创全瓷修复的效果，以期为临床治疗提供依据，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取于2013年4月～2014年4月期间我院接收的前牙美学缺陷68例患者，患牙出现牙间隙、畸形过小牙、切端缺损、牙间隙等前牙缺陷。纳入标准：牙齿无松动，无牙周袋，牙周探诊无出血，覆合覆盖正常，患者均知情同意，并经医院伦理委员会批准。排除标准：重度牙冠形态不良、重度变色牙及釉质发育不全、中重度牙周炎患者、咬合过紧和重度夜磨牙症、患牙松动>Ⅰ度等。……
