摘要：改善医患关系是当前医院推进服务质量的一项重要内容。医院病房护理水平的高低对促进医患关系改善方面具有重要的影响。医院病房护理水平的高低在一定程度上可以通过患者对病房护理满意度的调查体现出来。采用云模型理论的虚拟云算法对病房护理满意度进行评价，体现了评价本身所具有的模糊性和随机性，评价过程具体真实，并挖掘出有价值的信息，有针对性地改进护理方法，提高护理水平。

Evaluation on the Satisfaction of Ward Nursing Based on the Cloud Model

Abstract： Improving the relationship between doctors and patients is an important part of promoting the quality of service in the hospital at present. The level of hospital ward nursing has an important influence on improving the relationship between doctors and patients. The level of hospital ward care can be to a certain extent through the patient to the hospital ward nursing satisfaction survey reflected. Using the virtual cloud algorithm of cloud model theory to evaluate the nursing satisfaction， reflects the fuzziness and randomness of the evaluation itself has the specific evaluation process， and dig out valuable information， improve nursing methods， improve the level of nursing.

1 引言

隨着医疗技术的进步和社会的发展，人们对医院的服务质量提出了更高的要求，改善医患关系是当前医院推进服务质量的一项重要内容。医院病房护理水平的高低对促进医患关系改善方面具有重要的影响。医院病房护理水平的高低在一定程度上可以通过患者对病房护理的满意度评价体现出来。因此对病房护理满意度进行客观具体的评价成为医院服务质量评价的一项重要组成部分。

由于病房护理满意度评价本身所具有的模糊性和随机性等特性，这就需要我们的评价方法能够体现出这种评价的模糊性和随机性，使评价结果更加符合实际情况。云模型是处理定性和定量转换的有效工具，它将事物的模糊性和随机性关联起来，实现定性表示和定量数值的不确定性转换。运用云模型来处理不确定性评价问题具有一定的优点，不仅能得到评价的结果，还可以分析出有价值的相关细节信息[1]。……
