摘 要：基于信息化时代的体育微课设计与制作，为分析和解决主动地“教”和自主地“学”提供新的研究思路。研究认为主题突出、短小精悍、虽微大气、情景真实是体育微课的显著特征。革新传统的教学与教研方式，对于满足学生自主学习、个性学习需要，以及体育教学市场开发等具有重要作用。体育微课具有理论教学类、技术教学类、战术演示类、实验教学类、运动项目欣赏类、体育宣传类和教学环节类等类型。设计上体现选题、分析、布局、脚本撰写、录制、后期加工、修正等环节。制作方法上，课件的制作和素材的选取是首要的，教学实施、拍摄、屏幕录制是不可或缺的，后期的编辑、加工是体育微课质量的保障。

Micro physical education lesson design procedure and fabrication method

Abstract： The study of micro physical education lesson design and fabrication based on the information era provides a new research idea for analyzing and solving “learning” initiatively and “learning” autonomously. In the authors opinion， theme highlighted， compact， micro but grand， and scenario real， are distinct characteristics of micro physical education lessons. Innovating on traditional teaching and teaching research manners plays an important role in satisfying students need for autonomous learning and individualized learning， and in physical education teaching market development etc. Micro physical education lessons include such types as theory teaching type， technology teaching type， tactic demonstration type， experiment teaching type， sports event appreciation type， sport promotion type， teaching link type， etc. In terms of design， such links as theme selection， analysis， layout， script writing， recording， post processing， and correction etc， are embodied. In terms of fabrication method， courseware fabrication and material selection are the most important， teaching implementation， shooting， and screen capturing， are indispensible， post editing and processing are the assurance of micro physical education lesson quality.

当代社会“微”无处不在，从“微信”“微博”“微商”“微购”到“微电影”“微小说”“微媒体”到处都有“微”的身影。在“互联网+”时代，传统教育面临一个颠覆，移动化、碎片化凸显学习的优势。微课在互联网的背景下，随着时代的发展就自然而然诞生了，并且受到学生们的青睐，吸引了大批教育工作者投身到微课的应用实践和研究中。微课教学、翻转课堂、项目教学和讨论式教学等方式使得学生从被动受教育变成主动学习。令人可喜的是，越来越多的广大一线教师开始将微课应用于课堂教学中，学微课、制微课、研究微课蔚然成风。

对于体育与其他学科相比，最大的独特性就在于体育的实践性大于理论性，示范性大于说教性，微课在体育中的应用既有其一贯的优势，又具有独特魅力。……
