[摘要] 目的 觀察参知健脑胶囊单次灌胃对Beagle犬心血管和呼吸系统功能的影响。 方法 参知健脑胶囊单次灌胃给予Beagle犬的试验设供试品（50、200、800 mg/kg）3个剂量组和1个灭菌注射用水阴性对照组，每组6只动物，雌雄各半。给药容量2.5 mL/kg，给药后连续采集4 h动物血压、心电、呼吸等各项指标的数据，并在检测时间点-5、0（给药结束）、15、30、60、90、120、150、180、240 min对上述各指标数据进行统计学分析和评估。 结果 供试品各剂量给药组动物的心电图各参数值（心率、P-R间期、QRS间期、QRS电压、Q-T间期和QTc间期）与同一时间点阴性对照组比较，差异均无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。未见异常心电图波形，未发现对心脏传导有影响。供试品各剂量给药组动物的收缩压、平均动脉压和舒张压与同一时间点阴性对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。各剂量给药组动物的呼吸频率和呼吸幅度与阴性对照组比较，差异均无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。 结论 在本试验条件下，参知健脑胶囊单次灌胃给予Beagle犬在50、200、800 mg/kg剂量范围内对动物的呼吸系统和心血管系统均无明显影响。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effects of single intragastric administration of Shenzhi Jiannao Capsules on the function of cardiovascular and respiratory systems in Beagle dogs. Methods The experiment of single intragastric administration of Shenzhi Jiannao Capsules for Beagle dogs were set up for 3 doses groups （50， 200， 800 mg/kg） of test samples and 1 negative control group of sterile water for injection， with 6 animals in each group， half male and female. The volume of administrated drugs was 2.5 mL/kg， after administration， the related data of blood pressure， electrocardiogram， breath and others was collected continuously for 4 h， and the data above at the time points of -5， 0 （end of administration）， 15， 30， 60， 90， 120， 150， 180， 240 min was taken statistical analysis and evaluation. Results The values of each electrocardiogram parameter （heart rate， P-R interval， QRS interval， QRS voltage， Q-T interval and QTc interval） in each dose group of test samples had no statistically significant differences compared with the negative control group of the same tine points （P > 0.05）. There were no abnormal electrocardiogram waveform and no effects on cardiac conduction. The systolic blood pressure， mean arterial pressure， diastolic blood pressure in each dose group of test samples had no statistically significant differences compared with the negative control group of the same time points （P > 0.05）. The respiratory frequency and breathing extent in each dose group of test samples had no statistically significant differences compared with the negative control group （P > 0.05）. Conclusion Under the condition of this experiment， single intragastric administration of Shenzhi Jiannao Capsules at the doses of 50， 200， 800 mg/kg for Beagle dogs has no obvious effects on the respiratory and cardiovascular systems.

随着脑血管病发病率的逐年增高，血管性痴呆（vascular dementia）的患病率也相应提高[1]，目前北京地区血管性痴呆的患病率达1.5%[2]。目前血管性痴呆的治疗手段有限，西药作用靶点单一，疗效难以满足患者的需求。发挥中医药多靶点优势，优化组方配伍，开发有效治疗血管性痴呆的现代中药是摆在中医药工作者面前的一项重要课题。参知健……
