【摘要】 目的：探讨品管圈（QCC）模式在降低手术室护生护理缺陷中的应用效果。方法：2014年采用常规教学，随机抽取护生参与的手术257例为对照组；2015年在常规教学基础上采用品管圈模式，随机抽取护生参与的手术210例为观察组。观察两组护生护理缺陷及QCC无形成果的区别。结果：观察组护生护理缺陷率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；QCC的无形成果：观察组圈员的多项能力较对照组均有提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：QCC模式能有效降低护生护理缺陷，提高教学质量，同时提高带教老师的团队精神和综合能力，值得临床推廣应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application effect of quality control circle（QCC）model in reducing the nursing defects of nursing students in operation room.Method：In 2014，257 cases of nursing students were randomly selected as control group，and 210 cases of nursing students were randomly selected from 2015 as observation group.Observed the difference of nursing defects and QCC intangible results of two groups.Result：The nursing defects of observation group nursing students was lower than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）；the QCC intangible results，a number of capabilities of observation group were increased compared with the control，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：QCC model can effectively reduce nursing defects，improve teaching quality，and enhance the team spirit and comprehensive ability of teachers，it is worthy of clinical application.

品管圈全称为品质管理圈（quality control circle，QCC），是指处于同一工作场所或相近、互补工作场所的人员，自发组成的一圈多人团队（称为QCC小组）。团队人员合作、集思广益，根据一定的活动程序，应用统计工具、品管手法等方法解决工作现场、管理、文化等方面所发生的问题及课题[1]。护理缺陷指的是因护理人员的技术问题、管理问题而引起的护理事故、操作失误、并发症预防不到位等 [2]。为降低护生护理缺陷，笔者所在科室于2015年在带教中将品管圈活动应用于实践，收到了满意的效果，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

抽取2014年笔者所在科室护生参与的手术257例为对照组，2015年210例为观察组。两组护生一般资料比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），两组手术比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 方法

2014年采用常规教学模式，2015年在常规教学的基础上采用品管圈模式。

1.2.1 成立品管圈 该团队均为女性、本科学历、工龄>15年，其中副主任护师1人，主管护师7人。由副主任护师任圈长，带教组长为辅导员。

1.2.2 选定主题 统计出2014年护生参与的257例手术存在的护理缺陷：污染无菌物品、外科洗手不合格、标本固定不规范、锐器伤、其他，共115例，发生率44.75%；……
