摘 要 高等院校全面推进学分制后，进行与学分制相配套的考试制度改革，加强题库建设，实施教考分离，成为决定学分制改革能否顺利实施的关键。而编制专业课题库是题库建设中的一大难题。通过《过程流体机械》专业课题库系统的开发工作，总结出一套可行的方法。编制的《过程流体机械》题库已在教学过程中使用，取得较好的效果。

Abstract After Colleges and universities comprehensively promote the credit system， they are matched with credit system reform of the examination system， to strengthen the database construction and implement the separation of teaching and testing， these become the key to the smooth implementation of the reform of the credit system. However， the establishment of professional library project is a big problem in database construction. Through professional subject database system development work of “the process of fluid machinery”， it is summed up a set of feasible method. The made-up question bank of “the process of fluid machinery”， Database has been used in the teaching process， and achieved good effect.

1專业课题库建设对推进学分制改革具有重要意义

目前，我国大部分高校均开展了学分制改革。学分制是根据专业培养目标要求以教学计划规定的累积平均学分绩点作为考核学生学习效果的一种教学管理制度。学分制考核学生是否完成学业的标志是：是否达到规定的学分。学生所修成绩合格，即被视为已取得该课程规定的学分数。学生取得规定总学分数者，即准予毕业，而不考虑学习年限。因此，实行学分制后，学生可以在教学计划指导下自己安排学习进程，学习的自由度和灵活性增大了，相应地增大了考试管理难度，同时也对命题教师提出了更高要求。如何保证试题的准确性、客观性、规范性、公平性和保密性，已成为决定学分制改革能否顺利进行的主要问题之一。传统的命题考试形式已不能适应学分制改革的需要，对传统的命题考试形式进行改革势在必行。

教考分离是解决上述问题的有效手段。所谓教考分离是指通过考试方法的改革，使得教师的教与学生的考两相分离，其中心环节就是建立试题库，实行题库式考试。……
