摘 要 2016年新疆科技期刊编辑學会理事会始终坚定正确的政治方向和办会宗旨，遵守学会章程，贯彻落实《中华人民共和国科学技术普及法》、《全民科学素质行动纲要》和自治区科协第八次代表大会精神，认真执行国家有关出版工作的方针、政策、法律、法规及标准，按章办事，旗帜鲜明反对民族分裂，坚持出版事业为人民服务、为社会主义建设服务的方向，学会充分发挥联系广泛及多种民族文字出版的优势，结合自治区“访惠聚”活动，积极参与并开展慰问活动。认真组织传达，贯彻与落实自治区科协和民政厅等领导机关下发文件指示，参加自治区科协组织的各类会议，各项工作取得了显著的成绩和进步，对新疆科技期刊编辑出版事业发展、自治区科技进步和社会经济的发展起到了重要的作用。

Abstract Always firm and correct political orientation and will aim to do editorial Council of the Institute of Xinjiang science and technology journals in 2016， abide by the constitution of the Institute， the implementation of the "People's Republic of China science and technology popularization law"， "national scientific quality action plan" and the Autonomous Region Association for the eighth meeting of the representatives of the spirit， earnestly implement the relevant national publishing policies， laws and regulations standard and rule， unequivocally oppose ethnic separatism， adhere to the publishing industry to serve the people， serve socialist construction direction， to give full play to the connections and a national publication advantage， combined with the autonomous region to “Comprehend， benefit and assemble"activities， and actively participate in the activities carried out condolences. Earnestly organize the implementation of communication， Department of civil affairs association autonomy and authority issued a document indicating， in the autonomous region science association meetings， the work has made remarkable achievements and progress of Xinjiang science and technology periodical editing and publishing career development， development of the autonomous region science and technology progress and social economy has played an important role.

1 制定年度目标，调动发挥理事会的作用，保证学会工作可持续发展

2016年度共召开理事会、常务理事会7次，讨论、研究、确定了学会重大事宜，使学会工作具有广泛的代表性、全面性、公开性。加强了集体监督和管理，理事会积极协调、理解、支持、配合，把本年度的工作规划一一落实。如完成了主持的自治区科协年度重点项目“百会万人下基层”科技服务活动和重点学术交流项目的申请与结题、会费收缴、派员参加赴内地及疆内学术交流会、科协会议、社团自检报告及年检，科技下乡活动、捐书惠农活动、编辑业务培训班、自治区科协（中国科协）报表；……
