摘 要 海南岛是我国最南端的热带岛屿，具有发展热带农业的天然条件。运用钻石模型，分别从生产要素、需求条件、相关支持和发展表现4个方面对海南热带农业竞争力进行分析，认为海南在生产要素条件、政策支持等方面优势明显，在信息技术领域、战略规划方面尚需加强，建议进一步落实政策，推进科技进步，扩大需求和引进人才重视创新，充分发挥海南热带农业的发展潜力。

Analysis of Hainan Tropical Agriculture Competitiveness Based

on Diamond Model

Abstract Hainan Island is the southernmost tropical island in China， and is endowed with natural conditions for tropical agricultural development. Diamond model was employed to analyze the competitiveness of tropical agriculture in Hainan from the aspects of production， demand， related support industries and development behavior. It is concluded that tropical agriculture in Hainan has obvious advantages in the factors of production and policy support but need to be strengthened in the fields of information technology and strategic planning. It is suggested to push forward the implementation of policies related， promote scientific and technological progress， enlarge demand， and pay attention to the introduction of various talents and innovation， in a view to giving full play to the development potential of tropical agriculture in Hainan.

海南位于中國的最南端，总面积3.54万km2，是唯一的热带岛屿省份，享有“天然温室”的美誉，并且光、热、水等资源优越，具有得天独厚的发展热带农业的条件[1]。本文将运用钻石模型对海南发展热带农业的竞争力进行分析，为促进海南热带农业发展提供具有价值的参考。

农业竞争力的概念来源于国际竞争力，迈尔克·波特[2]将国际竞争力的研究重点转到了产业上，强调国际竞争力是国家在某个产业上的国际竞争力。对于农业竞争力的概念界定，一种是基于“综合生产能力”界定的包括生产力、生产率和基础环境条件等的竞争力[3]，另一种是基于“市场能力”定义的注重“开拓市场”和“获得利润”的竞争力[4]。综上本文认为农业竞争力应该是包涵“综合生产力”和“市场能力”的产业竞争力，因此本文研究海南热带农业竞争力也是从产业的角度进行分析，研究区域农业竞争力。
