摘要：该文以作者所在电信工程学院申报大数据应用技术专业为题，从人才培养需求的研究分析入手。其中研究分析了大数据的构成、相关技术、技术中有关的应用需求、大数据技术解决的问题；高等职业教育学生在学校期间需要掌握的相关知识技能，分析了学校教学与现代企业需求之间的差异，论文以实际人才培养方案课程设置为主，探究高等职业院校大数据应用技术专业课程设置的思路。

Abstract ： With the theme of declare big data and applied technology major， this thesis was written by author from telecommunications engineering academy. It has researched and analysed the composition of big data， related technologies， application requirement about the data mining and the problems has been solved by big data technology； Also it described what kind of related knowledge and skills need to be master by higher vocation education students in school， analysed the teaching qualities contrast with the needs of modern enterprises in details， by all means this thesis will focus on practically personnel training and explore the thinking of vocational colleges big data application technology major.

随着网络和数据信息科学的发展，数据在量和复杂度上的爆炸式增长让人类进入了大数据时代。根据IDC监测，人类产生的数据量正在成指数及增长，大约每两年翻一番，以此速度在2020年之前会持续保持下去。大量数据源的出现则导致了非结构化、半结构化数据爆发式的增长即数据结构日趋复杂。大数据分析意味着企业能够从这些新的数据中获取新的洞察力，并将其与已知業务细节相融合。大数据对各种行业似乎产生了前所未有的巨大影响，从制造商到旅游业，从产品设计到消费者行为分析，大数据能提供前所未有的信息，帮助公商行业做出最好的决策。公商行业对合格的数据分析师或者数据工程师的需求很大。

人才市场需要会分数据并以有用的方式呈现信息的雇员。根据市场需求，高职院校需要培养学生成为具有数据应用技能的人才以满足市场需求。……
