摘 要： 针对目前我国农产品质量安全方面存在的问题，探讨了如何保证农产品“从田间到餐桌”过程的安全透明。在相关理论研究的基础上，运用Web技术设计并实现了农产品质量安全追溯系统网站。在该网站上消费者可以根据农产品标签上的追溯码查询农产品从种植到销售的全过程，同时可以实现对种植企业、加工企业、物流企业和销售企业的简单管理。

Abstract： Aiming at the problems existing in the quality and safety of agricultural products in China， how to ensure that agricultural products "from farm to table" process safe and transparent is discussed. On the basis of relevant theoretical research， the agricultural products quality and safety traceability system website is designed and realized by using Web technology. On the website， consumers can inquire the entire process from the planting to the sales of agricultural products according to the label on the agricultural products， and the simple management to the planting enterprises， processing enterprises， logistics enterprises and sales enterprises can be realized.

0 引言

“民以食為天”，农产品自古以来就是人类摄取营养的重要来源之一，“食以安为先”，但近年来常爆出农产品安全问题，如漂白大米、爆炸西瓜以及冷冻水饺蔬菜农药残留量过高等一系列食品安全问题让百姓心惊胆战[1]。随着经济的高速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，对从“农田到餐桌”的食品供应链进行全程追溯的理念已经逐渐受到重视，农产品质量安全溯源系统应运而生，建立农产品质量安全溯源系统，从种植生产、加工、运输到最终消费整个过程的信息透明化[2]。

1 需求分析

1.1 消费者需求

从消费者角度考虑，需要有两个功能，第一，根据农产品标签上的追溯码可以查询农产品的种植、加工、物流和销售的全过程；第二，当消费者遇到问题时，可以及时地把问题反馈给生产企业或相关主管部门。

1.2 企业需求

该网站的目标用户是农产品种植企业、农产品加工企业、农产品物流企业和农产品销售企业。……
