摘要：从教学资源库建设时代背景说明高校教学资源库建设的必要性、建立建设教学资源库的团队和明确教学资源库建设的方向，最后以计算机专业主干课程photoshop课程教学资源库为例说明教学资源库建设大致方法。

Abstract： The thesis is to talk about the necessity of building the teaching resources database in In Colleges and Universities， and setting up the team who constructs the teaching resources database and making clear the direction of building the teaching resources database， which are under the background of teaching resources construction. At the end of this article， its to explain the method of building the teaching resources database by taking the teaching resources database of Photoshop which is the main course of computer science as an example.

随着计算机技术与互联网网络日新月异的发展，互联网或局域网教学占到学习方式的很大比重，打破传统学习方式——校园的限制，实现异时异地的自主式学习，学习更灵活更个性化。如今，几乎接触到计算机与网络的人都会通过互联网来接受教育，以网络为核心的在线学习和网络化学习已成为全球教育和培训的潮流与趋势。在这种大形式下，高校院校构建优质的网络教学系统已成了大势所趋。目前，网络教学在大多数高校院校已成为不可或缺的第二课堂。其中网络是基础， 资源是核心。教学资源库已经成为新一代校园信息环境的心脏。

本文以下从教学资源库建设的教学资源库的团队、明确教学资源库建设方向、以计算机专业中主干课程photoshop教学资源库的开发为例探讨高校校园网教学资源库建设。主要从高校的特点和角度出发，探讨适合高校院校的教学资源库建设方法。
