[摘要]目的 探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果。方法 选择2014年5月～2016年5月汕头市澄海区人民医院儿科收治的70例过敏性紫癜患儿为研究对象，所有患儿均经临床检查证实，符合过敏性紫癜的相关诊断标准。通过动态化随机颜色球抽取的方法将其将其分为常规组和治疗组，每组35例。常规组予以常规治疗；治疗组在常规组的基础上采用孟鲁司特钠进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、不良反应发生率。结果 常规组治疗有效率为85.7%，治疗组的有效率为97.1%，治疗组明显高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组患儿的皮肤紫癜消失时间、关节疼痛消失时间以及消化道病变消失时间[（4.9±1.9）、（4.1±1.6）、（4.2±1.3）d]均明显短于常规组[（6.8±2.1）、（6.3±2.3）、（5.7±1.6）d]，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患儿在治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应。结论 在常规药物治疗的基础上加入孟鲁司特钠，可以有效提高治疗效果，缩短患儿的治疗时间，促进其早日康复，具有非常重要的临床意义，值得推广与应用。

[Abstract]Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of pediatric allergic purpura.Methods Seventy children with pediatric allergic purpura in the Department of Pediatrics of People′s Hospital of Chenghai District in Shantou City were selected from May 2014 to May 2016.All the children were confirmed by clinical examination and accorded with the relevant diagnostic criteria of pediatric allergic purpura，they were divided into conventional group and treatment group，with 35 cases in each group.The conventional group was given the routine treatment，and the treatment group was given the Montelukast Sodium based on the treatment of conventional group.The therapeutic effect，time of skin purpura disappeared，the incidence of adverse reactions differences were compared.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 97.1%，and the conventional group was 85.7%，the treatment group was significantly higher than that of conventional group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）；and the time of skin purpura disappearance，joint pain disappeared，and the disappearance time of digestive tract disease [（4.9±1.9），（4.1±1.6），（4.2±1.3） d] was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group [（6.8±2.1），（6.3±2.3），（5.7±1.6） d]，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）；there was no serious adverse reactions in the two groups in the course of treatment.Conclusion Montelukast Sodium on the basis of conventional drug therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect，shorten the treatment time of children and promote their early recovery，it has very important clinical significance，worthy of promotion and application.

過敏性紫癜是临床中常见的毛细血管疾病，是由血管变应性炎症而引起的皮肤和黏膜的病变。临床中引起该疾病的病因较多，主要为感染、食物、药物以及免疫系统异常等因素。患者在发病时会出现皮疹、血尿、腹痛以及关节痛等症状，如果不及时的进行治疗，患者很容易出现肾炎、哮喘以及消化道出血等并发症，严重影响患者的生活质量，甚至危及生命。而过敏性紫癜患儿以儿童居多，主要发病因素为呼吸道感染、过敏、蚊虫叮咬等，患儿临床上常表现出不同程度的腹部不适、关节酸痛、皮肤黏膜瘀斑等[1]。对于该疾病的治疗，当前主要以抗过敏为治疗原则，常见的治疗方式为药物治疗，因此为了研究孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果，特选择我院收治的100例过敏性紫癜患儿进行分析，现报道如下。……
