【摘 要】随着经济社会的发展，患者对医院的各种服务需求质量也在不断的提高，特别是对吃、住、行、水、电、暖等方面提出了新的更高的要求。为了满足患者及家属对医院服务的需求和后勤发展的需要，医院后勤用机电设备越来越多，其自动化和集成化程度也越来越高。而机电设备的使用、管理、保养及维修的相关工作却相对滞后，抓好设备管理工作，保证设备的安全、正常运行，是机电设备管理工作中一项重要工作，它是医院正常、有序运行的根基，机电设备的安全与否，影响着医院的方方面面。抓好机电设备的管理和维护，对于保证医院安全、正常、有序运行都是至关重要的。

【Abstract】With the development of economy and society， the quality of patient demand for services the hospital has been improved， especially for food， housing， transportation， water， electricity， heating and other aspects of proposed new and higher requirements. In order to meet demand and the development of logistics patients and their families for hospital services， hospital logistics more and more mechanical and electrical equipment， its degree of integration and automation are increasingly high. The use of mechanical and electrical equipment， management， maintenance and repair of related work is relatively slow， grasp the equipment management， ensure the safety of the equipment， the normal operation of electrical and mechanical equipment management is an important job， it is normal hospital orderly run the foundation， electrical and mechanical safety equipment or not， affecting all aspects of the hospital. Grasp the management and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment for hospitals to ensure safe， regular， orderly operation is essential.

引 言

机电设备是醫院后勤保障中至关重要设施，确保机电设备可靠、高效、安全运行，以良好的状态为医院临床、医技等部门服务，是医院后勤机电设备管理的主题和中心任务，也是医院后勤管理的重要对象。因此，如何做好医院后勤用机电设备的管理、维护，充分发挥机电设备效能，挖掘机电设备潜力，具有重要的现实意义。

1.机电设备管理、维护中存在的主要问题

1.1 后勤人员素质

后勤用机电设备涉及供配电系统、供水系统、中央空调系统、锅炉供汽系统、污水处理系统、消防系统、电梯、被服洗涤设备等，目前所有一般维修工作均有总务科电工班、维修班承担，员工未接受过机电专门技术培训，理论知识不足，实践经验缺乏，违章作业时有发生。……
