摘 要： 医疗设备管理是医学信息学的重要分支，直接关系医疗水平的高低。为了提高医院的管理水平，设计了一套新型的医疗设备信息管理系统。首先对医疗设备信息管理系统的需求进行分析，构建系统框架，然后描述系统的重要模块，并对其进行详细设计，最后采用Visual Basic和SQL Server 2000对系统进行实现，并应用于具体的医院医疗设备管理中。实际应用效果表明，该系统提高了医疗设备的管理效率，减轻了工作人员的工作强度，对医疗设备管理具有重要意义。

Abstract： The medical facility management is an important branch of the medical informatics， and influences on the medical level directly. In order to improve the management level of the hospital， a new medical facility information management system was designed. The demand for the medical facility information management system is analyzed. The system framework was constructed. The important module of the system is described and designed in detail. The system was realized with Visual Basic and SQL Server 2000， and applied to the specific medical facility management of the hospital. The practical application results show that the system improved the management efficiency of the medical facility， reduced the work intensity of the staff， and has the important significance for the medical facility management.

0 引 言

隨着我国经济水平的不断提高，医院经济实力增强，均采购了大量的医疗设备，使得医疗设备日益复杂化，同时也丰富了医学的诊治手段[1]。医疗设备管理包括采购、维护以及报废多个环节，其管理水平高低直接影响着医疗质量，因此对医疗设备进行科学、合理的管理可以有效提高医院的效益，成为当前医院管理中的一项重要内容[2]。

传统医疗设备管理采用业务管理方式，工作人员的工作强度大，效率低，管理者难以及时掌握到医疗设备的有关信息[3]。随着计算机科学和信息处理技术的迅速发展，针对医疗设备信息管理问题，人们投入了大量的财力和时间进行一系列的研究，出现了许多医疗设备信息管理系统[4?5]。最初人们采用单机对医疗设备进行管理，建立了相应的医疗设备信息管理系统，但是单机功能有限，而且不便于资源共享，存在严重不足[6]。……
