摘要：目的 了解上海市2所综合性大学低年级大学生的生殖健康相关知识知晓和需求情况，为提高大学生生殖健康教育提供依据。 方法 采取整群抽样方法，对上海市2所综合性大学的871名低年级大学生进行匿名问卷调查。 结果大学生生殖健康知识知晓率最高的3项依次是安全套的获得途径（87.3%），产生精子的器官（86.0%）和艾滋病的传播途径（85.1%）。网络（74.6%）是低年级大学生获取生殖健康知识和技能的最主要途径；最希望获得的生殖健康知识和技能前3位依次是安全性行为（72.1%）、正确的爱情观（71.5%）、青春期心理发育（50.4%）。在有青春期生殖健康方面的需要或疑问时，最希望向同龄好朋友（61.4%）和家长（31.7%）寻求帮助。结论 低年级大学生掌握的生殖健康知识不全面，需求较大。应该结合大学生的需求，有针对性地加强生殖健康教育。

Knowledge and demand investigation on reproductive health among undergraduates from 2 comprehensive universities in Shanghai

Abstract：[Objective]To investigate knowledge and demand for reproductive health among freshman and sophomore from 2 comprehensive universities in Shanghai and to improve the quality of reproductive health services.[Methods]An anonymous questionnaire was used to survey 871 students from 2 comprehensive universities in Shanghai who were selected by cluster sampling. [Results]The awareness rate of “the way to get condom” was 87.3%， “the organ that produces sperm” was 86.0%， “The transmission of AIDS” was 85.1%. The principal way to get reproductive health knowledge was from the internet. The top 3 knowledge that undergraduates expected was safe sex （72.1%）， correct view of love （71.5%） and psychological development of adolescent （50.4%）. When the students had some doubt about reproductive health， they mostly relied on good friends and parents. [Conclusion]The awareness on reproductive health is incomplete among undergraduates from 2 comprehensive universities in Shanghai， but it shows great demands. Reproductive health education should be strengthened， taking students demands into consideration.

生殖健康，是指在生命的各个阶段生殖系统及其功能和生殖过程的体质、精神与社会适应的完好状态，而不仅仅是没有疾病或不适[1]。目前大学生未婚同居和婚前性行为现象越来越普遍，由于他们对医学知识的了解很少以及对婚前性行为后果认识不足，意外妊娠、人工流产、生殖道感染等生殖健康问题日益突出[2]。大学生是我国未来人才发展战略的重要力量之一，处于人生发展过程中的特殊时期，而高校容易忽略大学生的生殖健康教育问题[3]。本调查通过了解上海市2所综合性大学低年级大学生的生殖健康相关知识知晓和需求情况，为提高大学生生殖健康教育提供依据，从而提高大学生的生殖健康水平。……
