On 1-4, November, the delegation of China Calligraphers Association has visited Japan to attend the 28thpoetry and calligraphy exchanging exhibition of China-Japan friendship at the invitation of Japan-China Chanting Poetry & Calligraphy Exchanging Society. 11月4日至10日，由中国剧协、浙江省文化厅主办，浙江艺术职业学院承办的第24届中韩日（BeSeTo）戏剧节在杭州举办。本届中韩日戏剧节是创办24年来首次在艺术高校举办，展演剧目内容丰富，形式多样，除举办三国联合演出外，还开办了以“现代戏剧表演的国际视野和教育实践”为主旨的国际学术论坛，以及戏剧和舞蹈工作坊。

Hangzhou Holds 24th China, South Korea and Japan (BeSeTo) Drama Festival

H osted by China Theatre Association and department of culture of Zhejiang Province, the 24thChina,South Korea and Japan (BeSeTo) Drama Festival, undertaken by Zhejiang Vocational Academy of Art has been held in Hangzhou on 4-10, November. The event, held by art college for the first time in the past 24 years, features abundant repertoire with diverse forms. Besides joint performance by the three countries, it also witnessed an international academic summit with theme of international field of view and educational practice of modern drama performance, and theatre and dance workshops.

Advanced Art and Creative Workshop Class of China Federation of Literary & Art Circles held in UK

On 5-18, November, the 2017 CFLAC Advanced Art and Creative Talents Workshop, jointly hosted by International Cooperation Department of CFLAC, Literature and Art Institute of CFLAC and Sino-Bridge International Ltd. has been held in London and Edinburg of the United Kingdom. Some 20 trainees from CFLAC’s organizations and directly affiliated institutions have attended the training, which is committed to opening up the international vision and working ideas of the workers of literature and art federation in China to learn the advanced experience of Britain in the field of cultural and artistic creativity through class teaching, onsite training, case analysis and etc.

11月8日至11日，由中国文联、中国曲协、福建省文联共同举办的第7届海峡两岸欢乐汇在福建省漳州市东山县举办。本届欢乐汇以曲艺与青年为主题，邀请海峡两岸及港澳地区200多名曲艺名家新秀参加3场展演和1场主题论坛。

From 24, November to 1, December, the delegation of CFLAC headed by Vice-Chairman ZUO Zhongyi, at the invitation of National Council for Art of South Africa and Department of Cultural Information of Saudi Arabia, has visited the two countries for art exchanges. During the visit in South Africa, ZUO Zhongyi has attended the Silk Road— China Silk Road Art Troupe Special Performance in South Africa, co-hosted by CFLAC, China Musicians Association and Cape Town Promotion of Peaceful and National Reunification, met with Marlene de Roux, Dir of the Artscape Theatre of Cape Town and exchanged views with his counterpart concerning a series of cultural exchanges projects of 20thanniversary of establishment of diplomatic relationship between China and South Africa. In Saudi Arabia, ZUO Zhongyi has met with prince of Saudi Arabia HRH Prince Matab bin Thunyan bin Muhammad AL Saud and Omar Al Ageel, Deputy Minister Ministry of Cutture and Information, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, reaching a preliminary intention concerning promotion of civil cultural exchanges and cooperation between the two countries and holding China-Arabia Calligraphy Art Exhibition in Beijing and Riyadh in 2018.
