摘要：目的 探讨背俞穴刺络拔罐联合强脉冲光治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法 选取本院2014年7月-2015年8月160例寻常型痤疮患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各80例。均予强脉冲光治疗，每2周治疗1次，连续4次。观察组加用背俞穴刺络拔罐，隔日1次，5次为1个疗程，连续2个疗程。比较2组治疗效果。结果 观察组总有效率为96.25%（77/80），明显高于对照组的77.50%（62/80），2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；2组治疗后血清睾酮（T）较治疗前明显下降，观察组治疗后血清T与对照组同性别者比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；观察组治疗后面部痤疮特异性生活质量调查问卷（Qol-Acne）总分及其中自我感知、情感功能评分均明显高于对照组（P<0.01）；观察组治疗后3个月的复发率为2.60%（2/77），对照组为16.13%（10/62），观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 背俞穴刺络拔罐联合强脉冲光治疗寻常型痤疮疗效显著，可有效降低雄激素水平，提高患者的生活质量，复发率低。

Clinical Study on Back Acupoint Pricking and Cupping Combined with Intense Pulsed Light in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris LIU Xue-mei （Wuhan Wuchang Hospital， Wuhan 430063， China）

Abstract： Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of back acupoint pricking and cupping combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods Totally 160 cases of acne vulgaris treated in our hospital from July 2014 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group， 80 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were treated with intense pulsed light， every two weeks， for 4 times. Patients in the observation group were treated with back acupoint pricking and cupping based on the treatment above， every other day， five times as a treatment session， for two sessions. The treatment efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.25% （77/80）， which was significantly higher than 77.50% （62/80） in the control group， with statistical significance （P<0.01）. Serum T of the two groups after the treatment decreased significantly when compared with those before the treatment. Serum T in the observation group in patients of the same sex decreased significantly after the treatment compared with those in the control group （P<0.01）. Total scores of self-perception， emotion function and Qol-Acne score after treatment in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P<0.01）. After 3 months of treatment， the recurrence rate of the effective patients in the observation group was 2.60% （2/77）， lower than the control group， which was 16.13% （10/62） with significant difference （P<0.01）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of back acupoints pricking and cupping combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of acne vulgaris is confirmative， which can effectively reduce androgen levels and improve the life quality of patients， with low recurrence rate.endprint

痤疮具有发病率高、病程长等特点，是常见的损容性疾病，病情严重者可形成严重色素沉着及瘢痕，对患者的身心健康产生较大影响。目前西医治疗主要采取雌性激素、抗雄性激素、抗生素及维甲酸类药物等，但疗效并不理想，存在不良反应[1]。强脉冲光是痤疮治疗的一种非手术、非损伤性物理疗法，临床应用较为广泛，其作用机制为光热解作用使色素细胞被选择性吸收、破坏，膨胀破裂成细小颗粒并被体内巨噬细胞吞噬排出体外，具有改善痤疮炎症后遗留的色素沉着的作用[2]。近年来，中医药疗法在痤疮的治疗中发挥了重要作用。为探讨寻常型痤疮有效的治疗方案，笔者采用背俞穴刺络拔罐与强脉冲光联合治疗该病，观察其临床疗效，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
