摘要：目的 通过对基本药物使用情况进行调查，了解徐州市中医院基本药物制度实施情况，为贯彻落实国家基本药物制度提供参考。方法 调查徐州市中医院2015年7月-2016年6月基本药物使用情况数据，利用Excel2015对数据进行汇总分析。结果 徐州市中医院基本药物品种数占《国家基本药物目录》品种数的61.16%，基本药物销售金额占药品总销售金额的19.20%。结论 徐州市中医院使用国家基本药物的品种和金额比例略低，基本药物制度在徐州市中医院的实施需进一步加强。

Abstract： Objective To understand the implementation of the basic medicine system in Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine （the hospital） through the investigation utilization of the basic medicine； To provide references for further implementation of national basic medicine system. Methods The data about utilization of basic medicine from July 2015 to June 2016 were investigated. Excel2015 was used to collect and analyze the data. Results The number of basic medicine that were used in the hospital accounted for 61.16% of the total national basic medicine list， and basic medicine sales amount accounted for 19.20% of the total medicine sales of the hospital. Conclusion In the utilization of national basic medicine， variety proportion and consumption sum ratio in the hospital are relatively low. The implementation of the basic medicine system in the hospital should be further strengthened.

国家基本药物是指适应基本医疗卫生需求，剂型适宜，价格合理，能够保障供应，公众可公平获得的药品。我国自2009年开始实行基本药物制度，国家对基本药物实行动态管理，原则上每3年更新一次基本药物目录，2012年版《国家基本药物目录》中化学药品和生物制品共317种、中成药203种。国家将基本药物全部纳入基本医疗保障药品目录，报销比例明显高于非基本药物，降低了个人自付比例，用经济手段引导患者首先使用基本药物。徐州市中医院作为三级甲等中医医院，积极实行国家基本药物政策，将基
