摘要：目的 系统评价肾炎康复片联合西药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎（CGN）临床疗效。方法 计算机检索中国知识资源总库（CNKI）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）、中国学术期刊数据库（万方数据）、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase中肾炎康复片联合西药治疗CGN临床随机对照试验相关文献，检索范围均为建库至2015年12月23日。2名研究者根据Cochrane系统评价手册5.1.0独立筛选文献、提取资料、交叉核对及质量评价后，采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析，结果 共纳入32篇文献，共计受试者2891例。Meta分析结果显示：肾炎康复片联合西药治疗CGN有效率[OR=3.55，95%CI（2.92，4.33）P<0.000 01]、血压[MD=-4.51，95%CI（-6.18，-2.85），P<0.001]、24 h尿蛋白[MD=-0.49，95%CI（-0.67，-0.32），P<0.001]、血浆白蛋白[MD=4.89，95%CI（3.11，6.68），P<0.001]、血肌酐清除率[MD=-4.28，95%CI（-7.84，-0.72），P=0.02]、血尿素氮[MD=-0.94，95%CI（-1.41，-0.47），P<0.001]及胆固醇[MD=-0.90，95%CI（-1.27，-0.54），P<0.001]均优于单纯西药治疗。敏感性分析结果未发生明显变化，漏斗图显示各结局指标不存在发表偏倚。结论 肾炎康复片联合西药治疗CGN疗效确切，且优于单纯西药治疗，但尚需更多大样本、多中心、高质量的临床随机对照试验进一步验证。

Abstract： Objective To systematically evaluate the cinical efficacy of nephritis rehabilitation tablets combining with routine Western medicine for chronic glomerulonephritis （CGN）. Methods Articles about clinical randomized controlled trials about nephritis rehabilitation tablets combining with routine Western medicine for CGN in CNKI， CBM， VIP， Wanfang Database， PubMed， Cochrane Library， and Embase since the establishment of the databases to 23rd， December， 2015 were searched. Two reviewers independently selected aricles， extracted information， cross checked and assessed studied quality according to Cochrane handbook 5.1.0. Data were under Meta analysis by using RevMan 5.3 software. Results 32 articles with 2891 patients were included. The Meta analysis results showed the effective rate of nephritis rehabilitation tablets combining with routine Western medicine for CGN [OR=3.55， 95%CI （2.92， 4.33）， P<0.000 01]， blood pressure [MD=-4.51， 95% CI （-6.18， -2.85）， P<0.001]， urinary protein [MD=-0.49， 95%CI （-0.67， -0.32）， P<0.001]， plasma albumin [MD=4.89， 95%CI （3.11， 6.68）， P<0.001]， and serum creatinine clearance rate [MD=-4.28， 95%CI （-7.84， -0.72）， P=0.02]， blood urea nitrogen [MD=-0.94， 95%CI （-1.41， -0.47）， P<0.001]， and total cholesterol [MD=-0.90， 95%CI （-1.27， -0.54）， P<0.001]， were all better than Western medicine alone. The results of sensitivity analyses were not significantly altered， and funnel plots shown there were no obvious publication bias in the study. superior to Western medicine alone in treating CGN， but more clinical randomized controlled trials with biger samples， multiple centers and high quality are required for further veritification.

慢性肾小球肾炎（chronic glomerulonephritis，CGN）简称慢性肾炎，是一组以蛋白尿、血尿、高血压、水肿为基本临床表现的肾小球疾病。据流行病学统计，近20年来，我国慢性肾病发病率为10.9%，其中CGN约占7.6%，在引起终期肾病、慢性肾衰竭的多种病因中，CGN居首位，约占64.1%[1-2]。当前，治疗CGN的主要目的为防止或延缓肾功能进行性恶化，改善临床症状及防治心脑血管并发症。主要治疗措施包括血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）、血管紧张素受体拮抗剂（ARB）、限盐、限制蛋白及磷入量、积极控制高血压和减少尿蛋白、轻症伴大量蛋白尿者运用糖皮质激素和细胞毒药物等。肾炎康复片由西洋参、人参、地黄、杜仲、山药、白花蛇舌草、黑豆、土茯苓、益母草、丹参、泽泻、白茅根、桔梗组成，具益气养阴、补肾健脾、清解余毒功效。……
